Everything is good….. Hotel did managed to secure us a room we requested.For the price paid it meets our expectations.Pool was great for kids too… Connections for television needs improvement.But its a lot better.Last time it used to be grainy.Now we can watch youtube only Wifi is slow so hang alot. Thank you V8….

We definitely will return soon as we really enjoyed during out stay there. We purposely booked this hotel sebab nak lepak dekat hotel mandi² dekat pool dengan anak². Utk pool sahaja ada 5 jenis pool puas utk mandi manda. Ada lap pool with 2.5m depth which is good for swimming, pool with slide which kids loved it. Utk breakfast selection for us is ok, we really enjoyed the berakfast. Staff at restaurant all are friendly. Room- Bed is fine, room is big too, no complaint. Just the cleanliness at the bathroom, little bit turn off but still acceptable. Staff overall really friendly and helpfull.

The room is awesome and also cleaning wise need to ask the front desk . Cleaner saw the tag but didn't clean the room after few hours out on the second day . Overall it was great . On the last night we heard the door banged we were both scared to open the door， watch out for the rooms being knocked at night . It was pretty awesome but the walls are thin so can hear the neighbours around u even sneezing 🤧Price list if u go there

Been in this hotel for second time b4 covid with my family. All is good. Second time check in with my family. As usual they don’t maintain e hotel. Room i take is 2 bedrooms big n spacious clean. Still ok. Toilet ok but a bit of smell. Swimming pool under maintenance so disappointed for my kids. Breakfast noting much just fried noddle and fried rice. Porridge. Definitely not coming back here agian

The overall experience was good but there were a few hiccups. First off, the customer service wasn't exactly on point. Since it’s a self check-in setup, I expected them to reach out with the check-in details, but nope, nothing. I had to chase them down myself on the day of the staycation. Sent a message, but the response was slow, ended up having to call them directly. Even then, the check-in instructions didn’t come right away, despite them saying they’d send it over quickly. I had to follow up again before they finally sent it over. It was honestly a bit of a hassle. Second off, the cleanliness was a total letdown. The living room had sunflower seeds all over likely the leftovers from whoever stayed before. It’s definitely a hygiene issue. However, the rest of the place was actually pretty decent. The bedroom was cozy and the bathroom was spotless. Plus, the location was super convenient and the overall vibe of the place was really nice once you settled in. It definitely had potential to be great if the small stuff like customer service and cleanliness got sorted out.

Everything is clean. The receptionist also very helpful. A cheap hotel that are suitable for ppl who still wants to travel but with a low budget. The facilities are good too.

Good. The room not so big but okay for one night stay in jb. Walking distance to convinient store

No frills hotel to rest for the night. Water pressure was good.

The room is very clean and the surrounding area is also very clean. You can stay here for a few days to rest and recuperate!
