Not the first time at the hotel. I like everything very much. Well-groomed area. Attentive staff. Tasty food . The hotel has recently been refurbished. The outdoor pool was a delight. Very warm water. We swam in February and March. We will definitely return.

Шикарный отель! Возвращаемся уже в третий раз! Лучшая детская анимация! Ребята развлекают детей на 100% Интересные мастер классы! Отличная работа гестрелейшн! Особенно хочется отметить Елену! Окружены заботой и вниманием на весь период прибывания! Сервис! Обслуживание! Рестораны 👍Рекомендую к посещению!!!

Из плюсов: Первое это СПА и прекрасный специалист Айгюль, спасибо ей большое, избавила от болей в спине, золотые руки. Второй плюс это Mixology bar и замечательный бармен который делает самые вкусные коктейли. Третье это хороший пляж. Из минусов: нас поселили в старый номер, мебель там была мягко говоря убитая как и стены, еды очень много, но она невкусная, хорошие продукты просто портят, также ребенок сначала разбил голову , его сбила тучная женщина, просто не заметила… а через день мы заболели Коксаки, большинство детей болели в этом отеле, кто кашляет, кто с ангиной, кто с сыпью, это минус семейных отелей, сделали выводы…

Мой прошлый отзыв удалили, не могу понять почему? Ребенок второй раз после Диого отеля с 39 и весь в волдырях, и возможно снова нас положат в больницу. Отправляю отзыв еще раз. Отдыхали в данном отеле в конце июля очень понравилось и решили в октябре полететь ещё раз. Отель идеальный для отдыха с маленькими детьми. В день отлёта у дочки поднялась температура и по прилёту заболел младший ребёнок у него появились пятна на руках ногах и также волдыри во рту, температура была 39 несколько дней ребёнок не мог есть нас положили в инфекционную больницу. Заключение энтеровирус - коксаки. У мужа также поднялась высокая температура и были пятна на руках и ногах и во рту.На отель мы подумать даже не могли и в октябре полетели в него ещё раз. В предпоследний день отдыха у дочки поднялась температура 39 в медпункте посмотрели горло сказали оно воспалено. Из отеля во время отпуска мы не уезжали. На следующий день нам надо было улетать у дочки появились пятна на руках и ногах, по прилёту волдырей стало больше во рту и на других частях тела также заболел младший ребёнок снова. Удивительно, что отель такого уровня не борется с таким серьезным вирусом и после отдыха мы получаем заболевших детей которые лежат с температурой не могут есть и у них болит все тело от этих красных волдырей. Не стоит ни одной копейки тот отдых за которым мы заплатили с такими последствиями. Младшему ребёнку и двух лет нет ещё. То неприятное ощущение когда летишь для того чтобы поправить морским воздухом иммунитет детям а в итоге получаешь совершенно обратный эффект.

It was a great place to stay with family (2kids). Also i would like to point on a super kind reception workers who made an room upgrade (we moved from regular room, to the villa on the lake). Thoese villas on the lake are the best place, i strongly recommend them!! As additional super plus is a Spa salon, we have ordered few hamam and massages. Though it was not very cheap, but the level of a pleasure you recieve is just great. Massage Master Polat is a GOD of his work, i had a big problem with my back nerves, it was painful to walk for me. After master Polat 2 massages im still good as new))
