Nice Hotel , nice location, pools are so big and clean . Elnaz from guest relations was so so attentive. We will come back . Totally our holiday was so fun . Spa was so good it was so professional. Internet connects everywhere thank you so much for everything.

Otele ilk girisden itibaren personelin ilgisi ve tutumu ***et kibar ve samimî. Yemek çeşitleri yeterli ve lezzetli. Odada klimadan dolayi ufak bi sikintimiz oldu ve disco sesi biraz gelsede. Ana restoran ve meydanda çalışanlarin tutumlari ve hizmet anlayişlari muazzam özellikle Aysun hanimin içden samimîyet ile profesyonel tavirlari bizi ufak sorunlari gormezden getirdi. 4 yasindaki oğlumuz cok guzel vakit geçirdi, ailecek tatilimizden keyif aldik. Tekrar bu bölgede tatil planlarsak burasi ilk tercih olucak.

öncelikle merhaba, 22-28 eylül 2024 arası eşimle birlikte sueno da konakladık yemekleri havuzu,havuz temizliği,sahili,sahil temizliği,havluları mükemmel ve temizdi. oda temizliğine geldiğimde birkaç sene önce suenonun yanındaki otelde konaklamış biri olarak karşılaştırıyorum çok eksikti. hergün aynı özen gösterilmiyor, tek kese ile tatili bitirdik 2 kişi olarak ve tek vücut losyonu bırakılıyordu odamızın balkonundaki masanın üzeri 3 gün boyunca silinmedi.yatak örtümüz değiştirilmiyor düzeltilip bırakılıyordu.tek üzüldüğüm nokta o tarihlerde ebru gündeş konserinin sueno side'de olması ve kontenjanın dolu olmasıydı.yemek bölümündeki çalışan azlığı sebebiyle sanırım masalar pisti,içecek istemek için en az 15 dakika önceden söylememiz gerekiyordu. otelin en güzel en samimi özelliklerine geldiğimde bütün çalışanlar güler yüzlüydü,konuşma açısından ***et saygılılardı özellikle buradan restaurant kısmında bulunan seval hanıma ve onur beye çok teşekkür ediyorum. otel olarak sizden özel ricam restaurant kısmında çalışan aysun hanım dikkatimi çekti ve tatil sonuna kadar kendisini izledim bu kadar içten hızlı çalışan herkese yetişmeye çalışan göz teması kuran asla gözünü kaçırmayan güler yüzlü herkesle iletişim halinde olan hatır soran bir çalışanınız olduğu için çok şanslısınız. sayenizde aysun hanımla birlikte olduğumuz için bizde çok şanslıyız.tatilimiz biraz eksiklede olsa emeği geçenlere çok teşekkür ederiz.
