This is the feedback on our experience post the 3rd stay at the hotel. Despite the prior 2 stays with overly positive experience within the last couple of years and this time with relatively ok’ish experience due to several lack of attention to cleanliness particularly at the main restaurant and the beach towel service, we’ve come across some pretty annoying experience at the front office with the pretty rude, extremely incompetent and opportunistic behavior by the front office managers Mr. Samet and Mr. Goksel. Such experience surely makes us rethink if we’d come back to the hotel. Besides that, the folks Miss Kardelen & Mr. Durmus being our direct guest relations assistants assigned during our stay, Mr. Safak at the Lagoon Restaurant, Mr. Ahmet at the Fitness Center have done amazing job. All in all, not the greatest holiday experience. We’d strongly recommend a decent and effective social skills, human interactions type of courses for the front office managers Mr. Goksel and Mr. Samet.
