This is the best hostel I've ever stayed in! The front desk answered all my questions and was very friendly. It was clean and odorless, and the bed was comfortable so I could sleep until dawn! No one smoked in the eight-person room and they didn't bother each other. The two kittens were so cute. I love cats! I love cats! Cat yyds

With disposable sheets and quilts, the health is better and the beds are more comfortable. The surrounding environment is quieter. The place to eat is also close. The air conditioner is very good, there is no TV, it may be slightly lacking for people who like to watch TV. No drinking water and tooth cups, no shower gel, need to find a way to solve it.

KKuailexixiaobaoThis is the first time for a family of four to travel. The last time I came to Kaifeng was when I was in love with my husband. This time, I chose this hotel after a few days, considering the distance to the attractions, transportation, and the comfort of the bedding. The hotel is clean and the children can play in the room with peace of mind. I have a bit high requirements for bedding. Uncomfortable bedding will not make you rest well. This hotel really surprised me. The comfort is super good. Our family is very satisfied.
Service:
When we arrived at the hotel, the front desk upgraded our room type for free. I wanted the room to be quieter and adjusted it to face the inside of the community. It was very considerate.
We went out to play until 11 o'clock in the evening the next day and returned to the hotel to drive back. The front desk staff opened the door for us at the exit of the parking lot. I was very touched. . .

__CFT0269446****The hotel's location is excellent, right next to the Drum Tower. It's incredibly convenient for visiting the Drum Tower Night Market. The staff were very kind and warm. The rooms were also clean and tidy, making for a great stay. The hotel offers convenient amenities like a laundry room and a gym. There's also a large terrace on the fourth floor, perfect for viewing the Drum Tower and taking photos. Additionally, the hotel provides parking, which is great for those driving. We booked three rooms for our family trip, and everyone had a wonderful experience.

The facilities of the new hotel are still very new, but the hygiene needs to be strengthened. I encountered midges on the bedside table as soon as I checked in.
The video I took was too short to post, so I could only take screenshots.
The front desk service is still good, and the breakfast is also OK.

BBuerhanghangThe hotel clearly represents a massive investment, rumored to have cost a billion (RMB), despite having just over two hundred rooms. Many aspects of its design are commendable. Its location within a wetland park offers a unique advantage, and it's also conveniently close to both the Qingming Riverside Landscape Garden and Wansui Mountain. It could arguably be considered the premier hotel in Kaifeng.
While the overall facilities are excellent, there's certainly room for improvement in some areas. For instance, the hotel offers bicycles for guests to ride around the grounds. However, when my mother was using one, the chain came off, causing a minor scrape on her arm, though thankfully nothing serious. What was concerning was that when we went to exchange the bike, the staff member's initial question was whether the chain came off because of a gear shift, rather than promptly asking if she was injured or needed any first aid. Moving forward, I hope the hotel implements regular inspections and maintenance for their bicycles, as otherwise, they present a potential safety hazard.
Secondly, our original room was quite noisy. Even with the air conditioning turned off, a prominent low-frequency hum made it very difficult to sleep. However, after reporting this to the front desk in the middle of the night, their response was incredibly swift. They promptly moved me to a much quieter room and also extended their apologies, which was excellent! Nevertheless, the next morning in the new room, we discovered there was no hot water. Given that we were checking out soon, we decided not to report it. Furthermore, a curtain in that room (2612) was partially detached. I sincerely hope the hotel will address and refine these minor details going forward.
Despite these minor imperfections, the overall experience was very positive. I sincerely hope the hotel continues to refine these details. Should I visit Kaifeng again, I would still consider choosing this hotel, and I eagerly anticipate seeing your improvements!

GGuest UserFacilities: Very good, there is a takeaway robot, it is safe to order takeaway at night, toothbrushes and slippers can be changed every day, there are cotton swabs and other daily necessities in the toiletries bag, the paper towels are not particularly thin, the hair dryer is quite strong, and there is conditioner in the bathroom
Sanitation: Not bad, the bathroom is very clean, there is no odor, I stayed for three nights, and the auntie cleaned it every day
Environment: The room size is very good, the hotel is in a large courtyard, quiet and easy to find, it is very close to Qingyuan Wansui Mountain, and it is also close to Shuyuan Street Night Market
Service: Xiao He's service is very good, enthusiastic and professional

It is a few minutes' walk from the scenic spot Dasong Wuxia City and close to the highway exit, making it convenient for travel. The table in the room looks like a traditional sewing machine, which is very interesting. The murals in the corridor are very regional culture. The dressing mirror in the room is very large and very good. The room space is large enough. The proactive service introduced how to get to the scenic spot. The lady at the front desk was very beautiful. Parking in the hotel was really convenient. The surrounding area was not noisy and quiet at night. The facilities were very new. It was a very good hotel.

GGuest UserExcellent! It's located right by the Drum Tower and very close to the food street. In the evenings, the area downstairs is bustling with food stalls. You can even watch the fireworks from Wansuishan Wuxia City right from your room. Renting shared e-bikes makes getting to all major attractions incredibly fast, with most rides taking only about ten minutes.

GGuest UserThe hotel is pretty nice! The landlady is a nice woman, we used weixin to communicate, there were no problems with it. The room itself is absolutely the same as it is at the photo. It was cold from the very beginning but the air conditioning worked properly and made the room very warm in 30 mins. The street where the hotel is located looks like a quiet Chinese suburbs, donât afraid of nose, there is absolutely no noise there. Itâs near the Henan University and Gulou street. We recommend this place!
