The hotel is easy to find. There is a night market snack at the door that is said to be loved by locals. The taste is good and the price is affordable! The hotel has a complete breakfast variety. The spicy soup here is a local specialty. The front desk staff is warm and thoughtful. When checking in, they also sent Kaifeng specialty snacks. Especially the waiters 1, 6 and 8 were attentive and answered all questions. They recommended the surrounding specialties and tasted good. I will stay here again next time if I have the chance. I recommend everyone to experience it (>_<)

I would rate this hotel as average. Disappointed that no one at the registration desk spoke English. Room had a lovely view (12th floor) but wallpaper was torn and patched with large stickers. I had to ask for our room to be tidied (dump trash, fresh towels, more water bottles). Ladies at the breakfast buffet where very nice and welcoming -- knew basic English. The location is decent -- close to many restaurants, snack street/night market. Easy to get Didi or Taxi. Probably would not stay there again.

Superb services. The receptionist are very friendly and answers to my questions very promptly. The rooms are clean and quite modern, central heating was just nice. The water heaters are great, they have dry and wet bathrooms as well. The housekeepers will ask you if you need any anything since we don’t really like housekeeping. The breakfasts were standard. Location is good, quite near walking distances to various attractions. We had an enjoyable stay there.

I always like to stay at Hanting Hotel. During my trip to Kaifeng, I got a zero-pressure superior king room. The room is large, but the hygiene is average, especially the toiletries box, trash can and other places. The price of the May Day hotel is acceptable, and the hygiene is average. The hotel has its own parking lot. It is next to the Drum Tower and not far from Daxiangguo Temple. The location is good and the breakfast is good. I hope the hotel will train the cleaning staff well and clean it thoroughly.

I made a reservation for a friend. After much selection, I chose this hotel. Sure enough, I made the right choice. The room was very clean and the space was quite large. The bathroom was separated from wet and dry areas. Downstairs is the famous Shanshan-Gan Guild Hall. , there is also a parking lot, and the supplies provided in the room are free, which is great. I told the hotel front desk that I wanted a quiet room, and they immediately arranged to view the room and select a room. The service was excellent. Traveling is also very convenient. Turn right when you go out, and you will reach the Pedestrian Street and Drum Tower Square in a few minutes. If you turn left when you go out, any scenic spots you want to go to are not far away. It is only a few stops away. My friend is very satisfied and has recommended it to other friends.

Environment: The park is very large, with a lot of green plants. The temperature dropped during the days we went there, so there were no mosquitoes and the air was fresh and cool.

Maybe because I and another little sister talked to him before and after, he felt a little distracted. He took the tableware I took and served porridge to the little sister. The little sister wanted to remind him, and he cutely asked if he wanted a second bowl. As a result, the little sister and I were embarrassed on the spot. Later, the little sister gave me the useless bowl to resolve it. The key is that there were only two people in front of the little brother at that time. Everything is good.
Next time I come to Kaifeng, I will choose Pullman.

服務：態度特別特別好。我們提前到了，也沒有讓我們等待。還幫我們升級了套房。走廊裏遇到打掃的阿姨也和我們問好。找不到餐廳也有工作人員指引。感覺到温馨舒服。
位置：想去清明上河園玩的，推薦住這裏，好近。門口是十字路口，過馬路就到了。直接到公園的端門。導航直接就過來，門口和地下都有停車場，十分方便。
餐飲：早餐十分豐盛，各種炒菜好多種。中式西式點心麪包，牛奶咖啡豆漿。
一直對維也納國際酒店印象很好。去其他城市也住過，對早餐印象深刻，這次入住開封體驗也非常好。父母對住宿衞生很在意，都是非常滿意的。

If you are going to stay in Kaifeng, stay here! This was one of our best hotel experiences in China. The staff could not have been more accommodating, the room was fantastic, and we got a great night’s sleep. We weren’t able to turn off the heat, but that might have been our issue. Also didn’t see any room service options, but again, that might have been our lack of mandarin. We will definitely stay here again!

CClara ChaiCleanliness is excellent. The couple running it makes sure our stay is comfortable and pleasant. There is a washing machine for laundry. After each wash, the owner will inform us. They have gone as far as carrying our luggage upon checking in and out. They provide information such as ways to get to the zhengzhou airport etc. Very help couple and their beds are very comfortable. Walking distance from this homestay to the nearest bus stop is about 862 meter. There are few convenient stores n eateries nearby

GGuest UserI chose to stay at New Century Grand Hotel for 3 nights when I came to Kaifeng for tourism. It was very comfortable and satisfying. The beautiful waitress at the front desk was very friendly and upgraded me to a deluxe king-size bed room on a high floor for free. The room is large, spacious and bright. It has a balcony with tables and chairs, and it is very pleasant to sit and enjoy the view. The bathroom has a bathtub, and the wet and dry areas are separated. The bedding and bed linen are clean and comfortable. The cleaning work is done well. A fruit plate is delivered every day, and a good night dessert is also delivered on the third night: Tremella, red dates, and snow pear soup, which is very considerate and warm. Thumbs up! The breakfast is rich and distinctive. You can eat a lot of Kaifeng traditional food: spicy soup, chicken blood soup, steamed buns, fried jelly, mutton soup, etc. The male and female waiters are very diligent, enthusiastic, and thoughtful. The Chinese restaurant in the hotel has a good environment, good dishes, good service, and affordable prices. The hotel is in a superior location and convenient for travel. It is not far from the Qingming Shanghe Park, Kaifeng Mansion, Bao Gong Temple and other attractions. When checking out, I was given a souvenir bottle of red wine, which was a surprise! Thank you! New Century Grand Hotel is the first choice when you come to Kaifeng!

GGuest User對我來説這家青旅是我住過體驗感最好的青旅了，環境滿分，我在其他地方的床比這個小，廁所環境比這個差，但是其他地方還貴。屋頂青旅的床有1.2米，還平價，我住的是12人間，但是我去的時候衹有3個人，後面也陸陸續續來了人，大家互不打擾，素質都算不錯。晚上有時候會玩遊戲，想參與就參與，社恐也沒關係，自己躲在房間玩手機，而且前台的人服務態度太好了，她們甚至還怕客人社恐，説如果有什麼問題可以直接聯繫微信，不用特意跑過去一趟。12人間的女孩子的淋浴間有3個，廁所有兩個，完全是夠用的。這邊的一次性牙刷放在一個我們自己可以拿到的地方，不用特意去找前台要，外面還有凈水器，有一次性杯子放在那裡，渴了也很方便。有專門洗漱的地方，那裡有吹風機。房間裏面還有衣架和晾衣桿，每個人都有一個帶鎖的櫃子，我24寸的行李箱完全放的下。晚上在外面吹風也特別舒服，有很多桌子和椅子。還有專門的休息室，裏面有桌球桌，還有很多椅子，有插座，可以一邊充電一邊休息。這次出行最滿意的就是這家青旅了！

SShue YingGood place for international guests! Aunty that runs the place is really nice and responsive. The stay was pleasant, the place is old but functioning and reasonably clean for a homestay. Aunty's children speak English and she'll ask them to help, so don't need to be afraid to ask questions. The location is amazing, with an electric ”hello bike (Alipay)” parking spot just on the main road, then everything is easily accessible. Aunty kindly offered to drive me the short distance to the main road to take bus 38 to the north train station as she felt my bag too heavy. Simple fuss free place, would recommend for budget travellers looking for convenience over amenities.

Unexpectedly, Mr. Li at the front desk saw that I brought the elderly with me and immediately arranged a room for me and upgraded it. I am particularly grateful🙏The hotel cleaning aunt, the room cleaning aunt, and the front desk service are all very, very good, and the price-performance ratio is very high. Water is also provided every day. When I left, I didn't want the bath towel I brought with me, but I forgot to tell the front desk, and the front desk even called me specially. The bedding is comfortable and the quality of the toiletries is also good. In short, everything is good. Appreciated one of the staff members helping me get a taxi to KW train station, which was a real ordeal considering the traffic jam we had to deal with.

XXingzoudenuannuanI stayed at Holiday Inn Express for a total of 7 nights during this trip: 2 nights at Kaifeng Dichen, 2 nights at Luoyang Kaiyuan, 2 nights at Xi'an Bell Tower, and 1 night at Zhengzhou Longzi Lake. I feel that the price/performance ratio is very good, especially the location where land is at a premium. I bought a special coupon at the Xi'an Bell Tower store for only 300 yuan a night. Each store provides free breakfast for children. My baby is over 160cm tall. The Luoyang and Zhengzhou stores also upgraded to a 35-square-meter room.
The facilities in the Kaifeng store are very new, the breakfast is rich, and the haggis soup is particularly delicious. It feels good to stay here, like it 👍

The breakfast next door is delicious, the bedding is clean and sanitary, and the facilities are a bit old, but the service at the front desk is very good. They upgraded our room for free, and it was very quiet to sleep. When we checked out, they also gave us Kaifeng specialty: peanut cake. Thank you for the hotel's thoughtfulness!
