"The overall room size is quite small, no particularly large rooms. They provided two bottles of Haibi (a type of drink) in the room, but only on the first day. I booked for three days, and there were none on the second and third days. Even as a platinum member, I didn't receive any welcome fruit, and there was no farewell gift upon check-out (though I saw plenty at the bar). The good thing is that they offered warm water when it was cold, and I'd ask for a bottle every time I came back. I booked a scenic room with a view of the Drum Tower, but it was quite hot during the day. There's only a small round table in the room, not suitable for working. The soundproofing is very poor. I checked in at 2 PM, specifically requested not to have a corner room, but ended up with one next to the equipment room (which is a corner room). The noise was significant. Breakfast has deteriorated a lot; the taste is noticeably worse now. I've been coming here for business trips on and off for over two years, and this experience was definitely not good."

"The hotel's facilities are excellent, and the private underground parking is secure. It's a rowhouse conversion in a villa complex. What really stands out is the high quality of the staff – it was a very satisfying experience. It's located in the heart of Kaifeng's old town, so taking a taxi to Qingming Riverside Landscape Garden or Wanshou Mountain Wuxia City is less than ten yuan."

"Staying in Kaifeng for three days, I chose this hotel. The entire hotel is on one level, with a logical layout, and as soon as you walk in, it feels a bit like a KTV! The front desk staff are all young people, easy to communicate with, and any issues that arose during our stay were resolved quickly and reasonably. My friend was quite satisfied too! The room was spacious and well-equipped. My friend mentioned that the only downside was the simple breakfast, but for this price, it was reasonable and not a major concern. The hotel's location is excellent, making it convenient to get around. It's easy to catch a taxi to any attraction, and the surrounding area is full of century-old establishments with all sorts of delicious food!!! Highly recommended."

"Big, beautiful room but there was no window and no garden view. I booked the family room since I was traveling with my nephew. However, there was no wall between the bedroom and the bathroom. The doors to the shower and bathroom were glass. The hotel staff were friendly. The location was not ideal and its very dark around the hotel."

"A super healing stay experience, full score recommendation! The experience of this stay far exceeded expectations. The overall environment of the hotel is particularly comfortable, the lighting in the room is very good, there is no noise in the city at all, and people relax instantly. Service is more important! From the front desk patiently introduced the surrounding play routes when checking in, to the need for additional quilts in the middle, the staff sent them to the room in a few minutes, and the whole attitude was particularly warm and caring, and there was no sense of distance at all. The hygiene is also very reassuring. The sheets and quilts in the room are clean and flat, without any smell. The countertops, mirrors and shower areas in the bathroom are spotless, and even the corners are clean and tidy. "I stumbled upon this hotel by chance, and its location is absolutely fantastic. It's just a five or six-minute walk to Qingming Riverside Landscape Garden, and the front desk even provides directions. There are many makeup and styling shops nearby, and most of the scenic area's night markets are concentrated here. Some are within walking distance, while others are about 2 kilometers away, making it easy to grab a taxi or use a shared electric scooter. However, it's a bit cold for cycling recently, so I'd recommend taking a taxi. The hotel boasts a new Chinese-style decor, and as soon as you enter the lobby, you get a good impression. There's even a small badminton court and swings, which kids absolutely love – great for families! The environment is very comfortable. Although the hotel only has three floors, there's an elevator, and you can access parking directly from your room to the basement, which is very convenient. The room was clean and tidy, and the mattress and pillows were super comfortable to sleep on – getting good rest is so important when you're traveling. I stayed in Kaifeng for two days, and the front desk service was excellent; they were very friendly and enthusiastic, patiently recommending attractions, routes, and delicious food, which made for a great experience. The surrounding scenery is beautiful, especially at night when the lights come on, it feels like you've traveled back in time. Taking a stroll near the hotel after dinner was very pleasant. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Kaifeng. Highly recommended!"

"Kaifeng Qingming Riverside Park is a famous 5A-level tourist attraction. Hilton Garden Inn is about five or six kilometers away from Qingming Riverside Park. Although the hotel is a new hotel, there is no uncomfortable smell. The hotel parking lot is relatively spacious, both on the ground and underground. The hotel rooms are relatively clean and tidy. It is a high-end modern and simple style travel hotel. The hotel breakfast is also good, and the dishes of various flavors are also relatively complete. Although there are no good places to eat near the hotel, it is not far from the main commercial district of Kaifeng. In general, the hotel is more suitable for friends who travel by car. On the day we checked in, many friends who also came from Beijing drove to Kaifeng to play and stayed at Hilton Garden Inn. The hotel is not only close to Qingming Riverside Park, but also close to Wansui Mountain Wuxia City. In a word, it is ideal to choose Hilton Garden Inn Kaifeng Qingming Riverside Park for sightseeing!"

"The hotel clearly represents a massive investment, rumored to have cost a billion (RMB), despite having just over two hundred rooms. Many aspects of its design are commendable. Its location within a wetland park offers a unique advantage, and it's also conveniently close to both the Qingming Riverside Landscape Garden and Wansui Mountain. It could arguably be considered the premier hotel in Kaifeng. While the overall facilities are excellent, there's certainly room for improvement in some areas. For instance, the hotel offers bicycles for guests to ride around the grounds. However, when my mother was using one, the chain came off, causing a minor scrape on her arm, though thankfully nothing serious. What was concerning was that when we went to exchange the bike, the staff member's initial question was whether the chain came off because of a gear shift, rather than promptly asking if she was injured or needed any first aid. Moving forward, I hope the hotel implements regular inspections and maintenance for their bicycles, as otherwise, they present a potential safety hazard. Secondly, our original room was quite noisy. Even with the air conditioning turned off, a prominent low-frequency hum made it very difficult to sleep. However, after reporting this to the front desk in the middle of the night, their response was incredibly swift. They promptly moved me to a much quieter room and also extended their apologies, which was excellent! Nevertheless, the next morning in the new room, we discovered there was no hot water. Given that we were checking out soon, we decided not to report it. Furthermore, a curtain in that room (2612) was partially detached. I sincerely hope the hotel will address and refine these minor details going forward. Despite these minor imperfections, the overall experience was very positive. I sincerely hope the hotel continues to refine these details. Should I visit Kaifeng again, I would still consider choosing this hotel, and I eagerly anticipate seeing your improvements!"
