During the Spring Festival holiday, I visited the ancient city of Kaifeng and stayed at the New Dongyuan Hotel. The hotel room size is suitable, the layout is reasonable, clean and tidy. There is a large yard outside the hotel, which is convenient for parking. There are many varieties of breakfast and the dining environment is good. Another point is: the hotel is very close to the main attractions, and sightseeing saves time on the road.

This was my first trip booked through Trip.com. Firstly, the hotel descriptions were very clear. I opted for Manxin due to its perfect location next to Guluo Square. The night view from the fourth-floor terrace is stunning, and the proximity to the night market is fantastic. The room interior is excellent, with good service. I chose a room on the left side with windows facing the main square building; my child enjoyed staying in front of the window, gazing outside. For Waimai, have robotic delivery service. Overall, I had a great experience throughout my stay. Highly recommended.

I was originally meant to stay at this hotel for just 2 nights before heading to Zhengzhou, but then Henan was hit by flooding. The hotel allowed me to extend my stay and keep the same room.
The hotel receptionists were fantastic, answered all my questions and helped me a lot, despite the language barrier. They even helped me get to a nearby hospital when I was injured. They are an absolute credit to the hotel. Thank you.
The hotel is in a great location for exploring Kaifeng. All the main tourist sites are within walking distance, and the night market is only a couple of minutes down the road.
If I was to visit Kaifeng again I would definitely stay at this hotel.

The hotel is not far from several major scenic spots and has its own parking lot. The breakfast next door is delicious, the bedding is clean and sanitary, and the facilities are a bit old, but the service at the front desk is very good. They upgraded our room for free, and it was very quiet to sleep. When we checked out, they also gave us Kaifeng specialty: peanut cake. Thank you for the hotel's thoughtfulness!

服務：態度特別特別好。我們提前到了，也沒有讓我們等待。還幫我們升級了套房。走廊裏遇到打掃的阿姨也和我們問好。找不到餐廳也有工作人員指引。感覺到温馨舒服。
位置：想去清明上河園玩的，推薦住這裏，好近。門口是十字路口，過馬路就到了。直接到公園的端門。導航直接就過來，門口和地下都有停車場，十分方便。
餐飲：早餐十分豐盛，各種炒菜好多種。中式西式點心麪包，牛奶咖啡豆漿。
一直對維也納國際酒店印象很好。去其他城市也住過，對早餐印象深刻，這次入住開封體驗也非常好。父母對住宿衞生很在意，都是非常滿意的。

It should be considered a very good hotel in Kaifeng, with a large area, complete facilities, spacious public areas and rest areas, a good environment, a wide variety of gym equipment, and a table tennis room, but there is a time limit, 7-22 o'clock. It is located in the wetland park, with Qingming Shanghe Park, Zhonghua Hanyuan Stele Forest, Tianbo Yangfu, Longting Park in the south, and Wansuishan Wuxia City in the north, which is convenient for going to surrounding attractions. There is a shuttle bus to the hotel entrance when entering and leaving the hotel, and there are waiters to help open the car door when entering and leaving the hotel. The service is excellent. The actual usable area of the room feels that it is not as large as the area introduced. The facilities in the room are generally OK, but the decoration time may be relatively long. There are still some minor problems in some places, such as one light in the room grid and one not, and the bathroom shower head leaks and splashes water around, but there is no big impact with the glass partition blocking it. Overall, it is OK, and the price is also the most expensive hotel in Kaifeng. Every hotel cannot be flawless. Overall, it is not bad

The hotel service is particularly good. Since I went there by train, I arrived at the hotel at around 6 o'clock in the morning. I thought I would not be able to get a room until noon. Unexpectedly, Mr. Li at the front desk saw that I brought the elderly with me and immediately arranged a room for me and upgraded it. I am particularly grateful🙏The hotel cleaning aunt, the room cleaning aunt, and the front desk service are all very, very good, and the price-performance ratio is very high. Water is also provided every day. When I left, I didn't want the bath towel I brought with me, but I forgot to tell the front desk, and the front desk even called me specially. The bedding is comfortable and the quality of the toiletries is also good. In short, everything is good. My mother said that the breakfast is also delicious👍I highly recommend this hotel when I come to Kaifeng. Oh, by the way, the transportation is also very convenient. I have lived a few times, and the sanitation and front desk service have always been good. This stay coincided with heavy snow. On the way, I received a call from the hotel front desk to ask about the approximate arrival time, so that the air conditioner can be turned on in advance to warm the room. It is very intimate. The fly in the ointment is that the floor of the room I lived in this time has a small amount of paint and skin, and I hope to repair it as soon as possible.

GGuest UserKaifeng is a city full of humanistic atmosphere and cultural charm. We came to travel, and we had two days to go to Dasong Wuxia City and Hanyuan. We felt in love with this city. I was lucky to meet the landlord’s sister. Living in my sister’s homestay feels like visiting a relative’s house. It is very close to the attractions. I came back to watch the show late at night. My sister was still waiting for us. I was really touched. I have the opportunity to come to Kaifeng in the future and stay at this homestay.

JJames AnthonyI took my two daughters on a staycation, and this hotel is very competitively priced compared to Zhengzhou. The pool is decent and the buffet is worth trying. Situated right next to a mall it offers enough to keep busy whilst being a springboard for sightseeing in Kaifeng. It would be good to be a little closer to downtown areas as you would need to rely on taxi services to and from to get anywhere. Still, I would come back again.

At the time of check-in, the gentleman at the front desk of the hotel upgraded the room in order to let us rest well. Thank you very much! The hotel service is warm and thoughtful, and there is its own parking lot in the backyard. It is a good choice for friends traveling by car.

GGuest UserThe decoration style is very warm and modern; the room layout is reasonable, clean and tidy, and the dry and wet areas are separated; the breakfast has a full range of varieties and is served for a long time (this is the longest breakfast serving time in the hotel), and most importantly, the service is very good. The lady at the front desk is gentle and beautiful, warm and hospitable, and responds to concerns in a timely manner. Next time I come to Kaifeng, I will choose this place. Thank you!

GGuest UserFor me, this is a very good hotel. First of all, the lady at the front desk is very friendly. The two requirements I noted when booking the hotel: clean and quiet were perfectly realized. Because the high-speed train is late, the lady at the front desk also helped me. The late check-out arrangement was particularly good. The hotel is next to what is said to be Jinming Pond, and the scenery is pretty good. The breakfast is also very rich, with fruit snacks, freshly ground coffee, and pasta. There are many kinds. The hotel is relatively close to the Kaifeng Museum and can be reached in a short drive. The Kaifeng Museum is worth a visit. I recommend it to everyone to see the ancient city of Kaifeng and the origin of the city. All in all, it’s highly recommended, with good service, good breakfast, and clean rooms.
