Have used this hotel in the past and it maintains its high standards. The staff are pleasant and efficient. Rooms are modern, clean and well maintained. The hotel is located just off the motorway, easy to find.surrounded by farm land. This means it is a long walk into the town if on foot

When you approach through the forest and waterways this monster in a large pond intrigues. Located next to the old Waterloopkundig or hydrological research centre this building from the sixties with its concrete look, has been fully remodelled and modernized. Nice couches and surroundings created in the main entrance and the hallways. Plenty of parking space and possibility to stall your bikes and bicycles. One strange thing is that they demand immediate payment of the room (even when we had given a credit card guarantee) though you can charge bar and restaurant on the room. All rooms have a balcony overlooking the pond and they have a lot of space. They are modern and supplied with a safe and coffeemaker. Good beds and perfect shower. The lights for reading at the seats and for shaving at the wash basin are faint and don't really help. For the rest, no remarks to the rooms though the decoration on the walls is a little bit of everything. The restaurant offered a special asparagus menu due to the season. We assume they do more of these specialties. The normal dishes have a decent variety and there is the possibility of the chef's choice in meat, fish or vegetarian (recommendable). With the option of strolling alongside the old research objects in the moors and woodlands and the good cycling options, this new (opened at 31 March 2023) hotel is an excellent extra for the Fletcher brand.

Very nice staff, adequate rooms, excellent breakfast, I was provided with gluten-free pastries and lactose-free milk, for the last early departure they prepared a package again with plant-based, gluten-free and lactose-free foods, I leave very satisfied, děkuji.

The hotel is located in the northern part of the Netherlands. There are relatively few Chinese people. The hotel is a pure business hotel. Breakfast is 6:30-11:00, but some business people go to the restaurant to talk about things at 9:00. It is busy during the day and the restaurant is great at night. Loved everything about this hotel - clean, friendly, comfortable, and great location within walking distance to Zwolle train and town. The breakfast was outstanding. We weren't huge fans of the dinner - multiple courses and pre-determined by the chef - but if you like haute cuisine (very small plates of fish, duck, liver), you'd probably love it. Post -Covid, I think most restaurants are short staffed too, and the wait staff was not particularly attentive, but the hotel staff was amazing. Overall, we had a magical visit in this beautiful hotel.
