Surrounded with convenient stores, restaurants, massage and parkings around. Three beds room type is spacious enough for 3 persons. Overall the room is clean.

very close to jr and bus stop. Room utilities are very convenient for travelers. Enjoy the stay and definitely recommend this hotel.

We very much enjoyed our stay. Staff are polite and helpful. I did get late check out at noon for a small fee. The breakfast is huge and coffee/tea in room is nice. I picked this location as it is a 5 minute walk from Kanazawa station. We walked about 15 to good food and another 20 to the geisha district. Also, great job to this hotel for easing up on all the throw away single use and plastics we appreciated that! - Leilani from California:)

Good hotel not far from Kanazawa Station, near shopping centres. Staff were polite but not much English. Breakfast was a set Japanese and was okay. Fairly basic in terms of facilities, but the room was good.

Not the nearest to Kanazawa train station compared other hotels right next to the station, but once you found it (along the above ground train track) it’s actually not too far, quite decent location. The smaller hotel room numbers are further away from train track so less noisy. No bottled water or drinking water dispenser outside room corridor (only at reception area), but there’s kettle & drip coffee machine with capsule coffee in the room. Nearest convenience store is Family Mart, around 2-3min walk (cross the road under the train track & walk straight till u see it). Only 2 washing machines on 4th floor & heavily used by hotel guests, have to wait to use it. No chair inside the laundry room so had to stand around & queue for it. Washing machine only accepts ¥100 coin. Self replenish toilettries from reception area on 13th floor, even have shaver & bath salt. Easy to order food delivery from Uber Eats, met delivery guy on ground floor entrance right next to lift lobby to collect my food. Need room key card to access room floor & laundry room floor so quite safe even though reception is on the highest floor. Overall quite a comfortable stay. For those who wants to visit Kenrokuen & Omicho Market, can get a loop bus day pass that bring you to both destination plus a few other tourist locations.

Everything great. Lobby is very nice, cozy and free drink. The room was great and super near to the Kanazawa Station

Modern small hotel near to JR 5 minutes walk, but the entrance is hidden difficult to find. Small insects 1 on bed and 1 in toilet ☹️ The air-con looks clean outside but can see thick dust in the air outlet part, so we didn’t turn it on. It’s cold winder so we simply open the window slightly to allow fresh air, but doing so it’s noisy when trains pass by. The only good things are very friendly and helpful staff, top floor restaurant offer nice views of the city.

One of the best budget hotels we have been to. Facilities and room are excellent and even the staff are very friendly and they have English support. All in all it was a great experience.

This is a lousy hotel and not very clean too. Hotel service staff are unhelpful and not friendly… will not stay here again.

What an excellent location. This hotel is about 5 minutes walk distance away from the Kanazawa Train Station and just right across the street from a shopping mall with a list of good restaurents on the 6F. Be noted that all restaurants close at 10pm daily. The reception is on the 12F with helpful staff. Wonderful room with all comforts, great bed for a good night's sleep (sometimes you can hear the trains). Also, as the bus terminal is integrated with the train station, it is very convenient to take public transports to sight seeing views. I'll definitely be back here!

Great hotel, great service & great location

Hotel has limited parking lots, and it cannot be reserved (it is first-come-first served parking lots), while other nearby parking services are occupied by crowd of people as this is the time of golden week in Japan. We found a nearest available parking lot 3.5 km away from the hotel. There is no taxi during the golden week so I have to walk back to hotel. The lobby is on the 13th floor. This is no trolley cart or anything for carrying our luggages. The room is small even we have upgrade to 20m x 20m size. It is not clean. Our room floor has covered by a full of dust. It is hard to move our Futons and not to spread those powder.
