I love this place for their hospitality, ambience, beach plantation, spa area with experts, SUITE Is luxury here with nice balcony towards Sea and food which is finger licking delicious. Mr. Anand Nair, GM is very supportive and kind hearted person.He specially provided 1 extra night for the stay even though hotel was full. Wheel chair availability is there and kids play area is nicely maintained ***** with swimming pool and Gym is also nice. Good variety of restaurants overall it's wow factor. I would like to appreciate staff for their approach and makes customer satisfaction on focus:- Frontdesk:- Mr. Ram and Mr. Akshay are the Gems. Mr Ram helped for the upcoming stay as well. Akshay who not only take cares of me n family on the arrival but throughout 2 days :), yambeni, Amit as well for their hospitality. Porch:- Suresh well dressed Tamil attire is 1st impression of WOW factor n his staff or bell boys are also supportive. FNB Lounge:- Gaurav and Diwas is the best at Lounge.. Restaurant:- Gourav, Diwas, Bacchu, Moinyu. CHEF:- Head chef Mr. Promod is finest, Raghuvir both are extraordinary & quality of food is finger licking delicious. Tea master Deepen gave masala teas everyday. House keeping:- FarZath, Bharath provides hygiene. Thanks to all for their best services.

Property is located on the main road ecr, so very easily accessible. Welcome to the resort and welcome drinks provided was really good. Property was serene and well maintained, high tea was provide in the evening. Access to private beach. Overall experience was excellent

I had an aromatherapy candle light massage and it was great with Rini. Everything was fine, the massage was very nice and she offered me a steam bath after the relaxing massage. After the shower I had an indian jasmin tea and all the experience was great.

Saraswati was excellent housekeeper and good follow-up. Very friendly! Checked in to see if all needs were met. Music e very good and beach nearby Restaurant was friendly and good quality food. Easy check in and good massage. Recommend you visit soon.
