這家名宿提供的服務我很不滿意。房間的水不熱，温的，一點都不熱，高原地區我不敢洗澡。第二天遇到一個住客，他住三樓，也説沒洗澡，熱水打不上去，根本就沒有熱水。早餐也很簡單，一點粥和饅頭之類的，就是老闆自己的早餐把數量增加而已，這哪裡像評分達到四星的酒店，分明就是一家服務很差的招待所

房間面積還是挺不錯的，就是衞生有待加強，設施也有些老舊，房間裏有蜘蛛網，盥洗盆也漏水，手機放在旁邊直接泡水。馬桶坐下也有點聲響和晃動。主要是這間房九百多，希望老闆收拾的時候能細心一點，洗臉盆旁都還有上個客人用完的牙膏。

The boss also bought two bottles of Coke for us, which was really considerate. Because it was the off-season, there were not many other guests at the B&B. The landlady made chicken soup for us in the evening. It tasted great. The breakfast was also very rich. The four of us ate and took it with us. She also helped us re-plan our itinerary.
