Fabulous hostel, i loved it. All wood made, this place offers all a backpacker may need (various cleaning soaps, loudry, drinking hot water, board games ,etc.). Super clean, the dorm is large with window. Plagues and bed light. No heating but an electric planket keeps dreams warm and cozy. Running hot water. Amazing common spaces inside and outside with breathtaking view on the surrounding of Kangding. The host, very gentle and friendly, speaks good english and has two cute and fun cats. My staying there was too short but very pleasant.

Super beautiful and well designed hotel with exceptional service. After coming back from the mountains we felt so well taken care of and could get some rest: we could wash our clothes, got super tasty snacks for free and the staff immediately attended any question or requests we had. The hotel is also perfectly located in Kanding. Super close to two main temples and only a 20 minute walk to the city center. The view from the room we had was also amazing. Highly highly recommend this hotel when visiting Kanding - and we hope to come back again! Thank you again!

This is a high-end hotel in a bustling area. Both the facilities and services are excellent. The staff are very attentive and enthusiastic, proactively contacting guests via WeChat to provide various information in advance, which is incredibly convenient. They even upgraded my room during check-in and helped me get breakfast vouchers at the most economical price. Plus, they offered complimentary fruit and snacks, which was a really thoughtful and warm gesture.

The room was clean and tidy, with great natural light, and the bedding was comfortable, so I slept soundly. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, and very good-looking. Check-in was quick. It offers excellent value for money, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations. I will definitely choose to stay here again next time.

- [ ] This Ibis hotel is located in Kangding County. Given the notoriously difficult parking situation in the county, this hotel offers free underground parking. The hotel owner is very kind and even arranged for someone to help us park. He was very welcoming and easy to communicate with, telling us that there's a special card for electricity in the room and we shouldn't touch it, as the room will always be warm and cozy when we return. The hotel is right by the roadside and very easy to find. The price is excellent value for money, and they even provide free breakfast. I highly recommend it!

The price is good, the hotel is clean and hygienic! The lady boss is very hospitable! The location is also very good! When parking at night, the boss took the initiative to move his car and let us park our car! I left my key behind and didn't even notice it! The lady boss took the initiative to call and ask about it and sent it back to Nanjing! She didn't charge me for shipping, thank you so much!

Our room in Kangding had a beautiful view. It was clean and spacious. The staff was very welcoming putting a lot of effort to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Besides they made great coffee! You can enjoy the coffee sitting on the terrace which has a beautiful view over the mountains. Especially the receptionist Bing invested so much effort to help us organize our trip and giving us an unforgettable evening. The location is also not far from the city center. You can reach it by walking. We would definitely visit again! ☺️

The first time I saw Kangcheng was a real surprise! The location is convenient for travel, and the surrounding area is very close to eating and shopping. The whole house was cleaned spotlessly, the bedding was soft and dry, the bathroom was separated from wet and dry, and the hot water was sufficient. The front desk service is intimate and meticulous, and will patiently explain the play route. The soundproofing effect of the room is very good. You can sleep well after a day in Kangding. The price is full, and Kangding is still the first choice to see Kangcheng. I really recommend it to friends who come to Western Sichuan!

The room was genuinely spacious, and the double bed was impressively large – a great choice for those who appreciate ample space. The mattress comfort was only average, and the pillows were a bit of a letdown, being overly soft and fluffy and offering little to no neck support. Hotel service was excellent. Both the front desk staff and the housekeeping team were incredibly warm and accommodating. Extra requests, like additional toothbrushes or blankets, were promptly delivered. The housekeeping staff even helped put on the duvet cover for the extra blanket, a thoughtful gesture as some hotels expect guests to do this themselves. The room offered a nice mountain view from the window. However, small bugs were quite prevalent, which I found a bit unsettling. The stick-on window screen had started to peel off, leaving gaps and allowing insects in. The bathroom was also very spacious and featured a smart toilet. However, the hot water pressure in the shower was quite low, which wasn't very refreshing. A full set of disposable toiletries was provided. Breakfast, served until 9:30 AM, offered a decent variety, including bread, porridge, milk, fruit, and a mix of steamed and fried options. However, freshly cooked noodles or vermicelli were not available. The dining area wasn't very large, so it's best to avoid peak hours. Free and ample parking was available.

I arrived at the hotel at 7:30 pm. The front desk had already upgraded my room and turned on the underfloor heating. The room was very nice and clean. There are many restaurants nearby, and it's not far to walk to Kangding Love Song Square after dinner. If I got tired, taking a taxi back to the hotel was also very cheap, and the driver was a handsome young ******* man.
