Hotels in Xinduqiao Town, Kangding

The holiday rental was very clean, and I found the toiletries to be spotless. All the facilities were great too. I've stayed in some cabins before where the water supply wasn't very convenient, but at this place, every room has a private bathroom and the hot water was readily available, which was fantastic! 👍 The owner was also very kind. We wanted to cook our own meals, and she lent us chairs. My charger broke in the middle of the night, and even though it was raining, they brought a new one over to me. Absolutely wonderful! 👍

My girlfriend and I booked this hotel for our trip and we both loved it. The hotel's location is quite convenient, as it's not far from town for meals. There's plenty of parking outside the hotel, which is great for self-driving. The small road leading in is lined with apple trees, which we were told were planted when the hotel was built in 1923, making them century-old trees. The room was very spacious, and the view from the window was already stunning. There's also a diffuse oxygen supply on both sides of the bed, which is very convenient; you can even use a nasal cannula if you're feeling unwell from altitude sickness. The restaurant also offers beautiful views, and there's an observation deck outside for photos. Breakfast was delicious too! The chicken noodle soup was amazing! The noodles fully absorbed the broth, and it had a mushroom flavor – very fresh and savory. The pickled radish with millet porridge was also excellent. It was a really great experience, and I'd recommend trying it if you come to Xinduqiao.

What a gem of a place! The owner is incredibly warm and thoughtful. They helped us park and carry our luggage to the room, which was spotlessly clean. We could even see the snow-capped mountains right from our door. The ******* and Sichuan food recommended by the owner was absolutely delicious. We had such a comfortable stay and will definitely choose this place again next time we're in town.

Facilities: Comprehensive, with excellent floor heating and hot water. My only minor complaint is that the oxygen machine was quite loud, making it a bit noisy to sleep. Also, in the afternoon, the toilet water pressure wasn't strong enough to flush properly. This hotel I picked for my trip to Western Sichuan exceeded my expectations; the value for money was absolutely incredible! 1. **Service:** As soon as we arrived at the parking lot, staff helped us with our luggage, thoughtfully shared local sightseeing tips, and proactively asked if anyone was experiencing altitude sickness. 2. **Location:** The hotel is located right on the 'Ten-Mile Gallery' in Xinduqiao, by the national highway, making it convenient for getting around. It also has a huge parking lot and a massive courtyard perfect for strolling. 3. **Cleanliness:** The room was immaculately clean, with linens changed for every new guest. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, and even two sinks, which was great for washing up and doing makeup without feeling cramped. 4. **Environment:** There's a large courtyard with many photo-op spots. Outside the courtyard, a winding stream makes for fantastic pictures. The guesthouse also offers dining and even has BBQ in the evenings – it's absolutely brilliant! [Strong]

This hotel truly lives up to its five-star guesthouse reputation; from the room facilities to the dining service, everything is top-notch in the area. My kids especially loved the evening bonfire party and making handmade pastries, and they had a great time playing in the ******* clothes provided by the hotel. I highly recommend this place!

Traveling along the G318 Sichuan-Tibet highway, we decided to stay at Yunxi Residence in Xinduqiao, and our experience far exceeded expectations. I highly recommend it to fellow road trippers. The hotel is conveniently located right off G318, making it incredibly easy to get to Xinduqiao town center, the Ten-Mile Photography Gallery, Tagong Grassland, and the Gongga viewing platform. No detours needed, which is a huge plus when you're on a long drive. The parking situation is a major bonus for drivers. The hotel has its own free, spacious parking lot with plenty of spots for both large and small vehicles. They even have charging stations, which is super convenient for long-distance electric car owners, completely solving the tricky parking problem at high altitudes. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and meticulous. Check-in was quick and efficient. They proactively reminded us about high-altitude precautions, and when they learned we had mild altitude sickness, they thoughtfully brought us ginger tea and glucose. They also patiently recommended local attractions and were gentle and patient throughout. These small details truly made us feel cared for. The hotel's overall decor is refined and elegant, blending a minimalist ******* style. The public areas are clean and tidy, with plants adding a lovely ambiance. Our room had excellent natural light and was spotlessly clean. The bedding was soft and comfortable. With diffused oxygen supply throughout the room and underfloor heating, we slept soundly and comfortably even at an altitude of over 3,000 meters. The floor-to-ceiling windows offered stunning views of the snowy mountains and grasslands, and the private hot spring tub was perfect for washing away the day's driving fatigue. Whether for a short rest or a longer stay, Yunxi Residence is an excellent choice for accommodation in Xinduqiao. I'll definitely be back next time I travel along G318.

The hotel is in a good location, too friendly to self-driving tourists, with free parking, and charging piles, and there is no concern for tram travel. The hotel provides free laundry service, the journey can be easily handled, the room is equipped with oxygen supply equipment, it is very good to relieve the discomfort of the plateau, the overall facilities are brand new and clean, the service is intimate and thoughtful, highly recommended

We happened to be there during a snowfall, and the view from the room was beautiful; you can even stargaze from the rooftop. Service: Warm and talkative.

The one-night stay was a great experience. The receptionist was very welcoming and had a lovely smile. The hotel environment was lovely; although it was near the road, it wasn't noisy. Dinner was delivered to the room, and the food was just as good as what you'd find in restaurants. The two of us couldn't finish three dishes—it was cheap and delicious. We even got to experience the snow scenery during the off-season; everything was perfectly arranged. I'd definitely come back during peak season next time!
