My stay at the hotel in Dharamshala was disappointingly unpleasant. The room was far from what was advertised, with outdated furnishings and a musty smell that lingered throughout. The bed felt like it hadn't been replaced in years

Don’t ever go to this hotel. It looks terrific from outside but the rooms are bad. In the room we stayed the bathroom room ceiling was leaking. There is no lift in this hotel. There are five guys who do everything from front desk, porter, cook, maid service etc. The service is terrible. You have to call for everything soap, towels, room coffee. The breakfast has three items. This hotel is not even one star. I wish I could upload the picture I took of the leaking ceiling. The whole atmosphere here doesn’t feel like you are on a holiday. The guys are not professionals. We are trying to get a refund from our travel agent.

Never go there Never recommend to anyone Ugliest kitchen I ever seen in hotel Flies rat 🐀 cockroaches 🪳 insects Everywhere they pushed out when we want to done photography they cook with hazardous water we got food poisoning and have to take doctors medicine and advice room AC leaking washroom leaking it's a overpriced filthy hotel government should seal shut this property

Beautifully located hotel.Good spacious rooms.Excellent facilities and service.The food quality is excellent. The staff is good and give prompt response. Overall a good and memorable staying experience. Best wishes.
