We stayed here for 2 nights. Rooms are very spacious. The hospitality received from the staffs is appreciable. Food was also delicious. Overall great experience 💯

This hotel is just 300 metres away from Norbulingka Monastery and about 1.5 km from City centre. This hotel is having a restaurant and serves excellent food. Staff is very polite. Their services were also very good and timely. We had a mountain view room and loved to see the morning view there.

It's a beautiful hotel with a beautiful location, staff of the hotel is awesome they are really helpful and there whole menu either it's breakfast or dinner it's very tasty, hotel is surrounding by beautiful Monestries you can visit those also

"a big noo"
the hotel manager rupali" is so unprofessional and didn't listen to you or any of your concern. The location of the hotel is too far from the main chowk and you will not be able to find any eating outlet there. You have to walk approx a 1km outside to get any transport. It's totally located in outskirts. So better to see the place first before paying upfront as we lose one day of money as rupali (hotel manager) denied to return any amount

currently staying in Buddha house. I booked a superior room with balcony n mountain view. had been asking for a room in higher floor but the lady kept on saying higher floors are more rate which I don't understand bcoz the one I booked are the highest price. the room's false ceiling wood panel came chipping off n fell on my head. the fan makes a sound with the false ceiling. there is a burnt smell. everytime I switch on the fan. I would have got a better room with same price in other hotel.

Stay was excellent we were there at new year they have organized a common party for the three hotels managed by the group in the wood which was hardly 150 to 200 meters away however the hotel provided a shuttle for the same. The dj, born fire and food was excellent. Overall the rooms are spacious and has amazing snow mountain view. The staff is courteous mr ramalal thakur and rakesh were very helpful and polite we had a check out at 4. 00 am and rakesh was there with a smile to help us with our luggage and see us off. Rupali the manager is excellent with her people skills she guided
