I recently had an incredibly disappointing experience at this hotel Vijay international, which I can confidently say is the worst I've ever encountered. Despite advertising itself as a five-star establishment, the service was abysmal, lacking any semblance of professionalism. The staff not only presented me with incorrect bills but went as far as to harass me by showing up at my home and calling incessantly to demand payment. The room was poorly equipped; the landline was non-functional, and there was no vanity, further contributing to the lack of basic comforts. To top it all off, the staff exhibited unprofessional behavior, making my stay even more uncomfortable. I urge others to think twice before booking here, as the reality of this hotel starkly contrasts its claims of luxury and service excellence. I will be sharing this review with Make My Trip to ensure others are aware of what to expect. Still they are calling repeatedly to clear my bills but I already cleared my bill which was 5500 . I want to request don't blame guests just because of your staff negligence.

The hotel is really big and good with 10 floors and old and new wings. This time it was under some renovation so it seemed like they were under-staff because of which the quality of stay and food was compromised. Leaking taps in washrooms, diner orders taking very long to be served, noone to attend to guests, bakery items not being fresh, hygiene and quality of food not that great during breakfast, room service & helping staff standing longer at your doors to expect for extra tips. Hope they get back the quality and standard post the renovation.

Pleasant stay. Rooms were spacious and clean with all basic amenities. The hotel is in a prime location with various nearby cafes and food joints. Food was good.

The house keeping staff is very good in service. Also the room dining experience is awesome. I am staying here long and i selected this hotel based on recommendation of my friend. The restaurant staff is very supportive

Hotel is located centre of city, near to wave 3 mall. Hotel properly was old and maintenance was always going on. They maintained on there main building rooms which are best out of all rooms available with them and those rooms were over priced. Hotel pool was also non operational at the time of my visit. Hotel staff were very courteous and always happy to serve you. Restaurant buffet breakfast was good and staff was also nice. Rooms were having old ac, freeze, electric kettle and washroom tapes so not working properly.

Old and need to immediate attention on guest experience. Least bother on service part. Pool is not working but add they are showing. Whole hotel is on reconstruction mode dont understand why they are taking bookings

location of the property is good, but the property is old and all restaurants are closed, hotel under renovation and all rooms are smelly due to old wood finishings and fungus. breakfast area was very bad. not going to stay again ever in this property. took upgraded room by paying extra but same case there as well in front building. its a trash..!!🚮 . there was nothing to click pictures apart from dirty linens, full of backyard and staff trying to hide eveything rather than cleaning it.
