Would have been a great experience and stay at this hotel but was ruined on our last day 👎🏻 Upon check in, we were informed by a service staff that guests are free to head to the level with refreshments to DIY our own drinks such as coffee and tea. We did so on our first day with no issues. On the morning of the checkout, we proceeded to do the same thing and the plug was not switched on yet so we switched it on and made our cup of morning brew before setting off for the day. Shortly after, one of the male service staff came to our room and told us that we damaged their coffee machine even though we did the same thing the previous day and got our drinks. He accused us of damaging the machine and demanded for us to compensate for the machine. He spoke to us in a very sarcastic tone when he tried to show us that it was impossible that we managed to get coffee out of the machine even though we have pictures to prove we did get coffee and our cups to prove it. He later said that the machine was actually already faulty but they didn’t put a ‘out of service’ sign because it was still working - caught on video. It was when we were leaving the hotel that then then added the print out and stuck it onto the machine. Off video, he also told us that as guests visiting Taiwan we should know better to speak and understand Chinese completely which was not necessary. We are Chinese speakers but just our native language. It was very rude and uncalled for. It is not fair that we as guests were asked to compensate for something that was already faulty to begin with when guests are told at check in that we should help ourselves to anything we want there. Extremely disappointing and unpleasant experience. A warning to guests to be careful before using their amenities because they might ask you to compensate for something that was already broken/faulty from the start ⚠️

Good experience, good location, good staff, convenient place

I booked a large bed, but it was actually two single beds put together. When I checked in, I was told that the room was clean at first glance, but there was still some dust that had not been cleaned when it was delivered. The small sofa cushions were used underneath. I threw away the shower cap before and it was not cleaned properly. When I found out, I felt a little embarrassed whether I should ask to change rooms. Considering the CP value, I still think it’s acceptable~

It was close to the MRT station, you could take the U-Bike, and there was a famous breakfast restaurant within walking distance, so it was a convenient location for sightseeing. If you stay for multiple nights, they don't clean the room, and you have to ask the front desk to change your bath towels. There was no refill of tea or water, but there was a water server on the top floor, so I used that. The water in the shower room didn't get hot enough unless I let it run for a while.

The location is in the urban area and three cars can be parked at the door on the first floor. The room is large and quiet and the bed is quite comfortable! ! I will consider staying here next time I go on a business trip! 24-hour front desk for check-in or check-out

The room is well soundproofed, the bed is very comfortable, the overall CP value is high, and the transportation is quite convenient. If I have the opportunity to come to Kaohsiung for work next time, I will still choose this hotel.

Overall it's clean, air-conditioned, and the location is convenient for the night market. There is free water at the front desk. The attitude of the waiter is very good. The environment is very quiet and there is very little noise.

The location is really great. It's just a minute's walk from the MRT station exit. You can also send your luggage early and check out at 12 o'clock. It's even better. The room is clean. The twin room is very suitable for two people to sleep together, but the pillows are a bit too soft. The room is soundproofed. It's really bad. You can hear the door opening and closing next door.

My friends, please note that check-in has to be at 4 o'clock, so we can only temporarily store our luggage. After going out and going back to the hotel to pick up the room, we only queued up to the 2nd floor. Then we suddenly found a red light near the top of the entrance washbasin. I was shocked and called the front desk later. The explanation is that it is air-conditioned and lighted. It is near the MRT exit. There are also convenience stores and supermarkets nearby.

The room is tidy and the shower room is large, but the air conditioner is not strong enough and makes you feel stuffy.

The new hotel is very clean. Although the room is small and well-equipped, it also provides a smart smart phone, which is very interesting. However, there are too few storage spaces and clothes hangers, and the toilet space is not large, but the overall accommodation is OK.

It is recommended that you put a small biscuit or something like that in the lobby

The hotel facilities are very good and the bathtub is great😊👍
