Excellent hotel to stay at Sanya.

We had a great trip. The hotel grounds are stunning and the pools are clean and quiet. Fire shows were good and room was clean and bed comfortable.

The hotel is fabulous and amazingly designed. Very spacious the room, and very convenient to commune to the CDFG Haitang Bay duty free mall. The hotel also has the nice food or drinking places to enjoy.

Wonderful experience at the hotel. Rose and her team was very accommodating and made my whole family feel so welcome. It was a lovely property and everything was good.

It's very nice hotel designed by Neri & Hu. The hotel rooms and restaurant are great, breakfast is good. Swimming pool is smaller than typical resort in HaiTang Bay, but it's enough. The gym was not as nice and at the basement with only basic equipment.

Children's play area, swimming pool, etc. are very complete, a restrained and comprehensive hotel Sanitation: ⭐⭐⭐⭐The constant temperature pool room is probably open-air and beautiful, but there are too many sand and stones inside. Environment: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐It does not face the sea directly, but it focuses on a quiet beauty. The flow of people is moderate and not crowded Service: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐The check-in procedure is efficient. The doorman jogs all the way to take the luggage and is more professional than MGM. The preparation is sufficient. Breakfast: The location is behind the logo at the check-in entrance of the lobby. The hotel is too big and it took a long time to find it for the first time. There are rich categories. It feels comfortable to eat at 8 o'clock without crowds.

There are many beautiful places in the hotel's public area. The building is also beautiful, and the living experience is also good. The room is large and clean, the service staff is very enthusiastic, and the items in the room are replenished in a timely manner. The night ceremony cannot be missed, it is very exciting! Especially the housekeeper Xiao Xu, who contacted me one day in advance and answered all my questions during the stay. He is very professional and patient! I like Xiao Xu and Taikang very much, and I will come again next time~

This time I came to Sanya to stay at Taikang Home, it was a perfect experience! The original wood style of the whole hotel is eye-catching. I like the water system layout in the lobby the most, three trees, and candlelight decorations around. At night, when the night falls, there are sparks and the atmosphere is full. Breakfast is at Manyuan. There is basically no need to queue before 8:30. The category is quite rich, with coconut ice cream, coffee, and a homemade cup of frappuccino. I strongly recommend the afternoon tea buffet at Yilang, which tastes good and satisfies dessert lovers. There is also Thai massage hidden in the hotel, which is very cost-effective for star-rated hotels. The size is not large, but the service is very good, and the Thai lady's technique is also quite powerful. The hotel is separated from the beach by a road, but there is a plank road directly connected, which is also quite convenient. The waves in Haitang Bay are a bit big, just walk around. Every service staff met here greeted with a smile, said hello, and was very warm. Especially the one-to-one butler service during the stay, I really want to give a big thumbs up, thanks to the super meticulous and considerate classmate Xiao Xu. They will proactively ask about check-in matters, meet our needs, send tips for eating and playing, and actively respond to any questions. They are really considerate!
