It was hot in Hainan in late August, but the air conditioning in the hotel was not very effective, hovering around 30-31 degrees. I called the front desk to inquire, and someone came to debug it, but it didn't work. Then they said that only the computer room could adjust it. No further news followed.

I came to Sanya for 8 days and experienced the best homestay hidden in the world. The store manager is very nice. There will be juice and snacks when you enter the store. He took us to visit the public areas and different room types, and brewed Pu'er for us to drink. He is also responsive to customers' requests, which is great! The recommended snacks and restaurants are very good, and the prices are very reasonable! We happened to shoot a video on the day we went there. The style of the homestay is really good. It's a pity that I didn't take the behind-the-scenes photos with my phone. I will @ the store after the video is edited and released. 😃 In general, Xidao is great, the homestay is great, and the islanders are very simple👍🏻

Location is good, there is a light rail train station in front which offers easy access to the downtown shopping district. it also links to the Sanya train station. The beach front is about 500m away. However the surrounding area is noisy due to construction work near by. During our stay we experienced 2 black out due to power break down, each lasted about 3-4 hours. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Hilton Garden Inn , it was my first stay in this hotel, July 2022. It is a great hotel. The room is so clean and cozy. There is a TV set, a fridge, a comfortable king-size bed, an air-conditioner in the room. The room is cleaned every day. The hotel administrators are very kind and polite- it`s always nice to contact them for any request. I want to express my special thanks to Lisa as an Assistant director of sales. I got some questions during my stay in the hotel and she helped me solve any problems any time. She was always available, I could call her anytime. Thanks a million, dear Lisa. Wonderful place which met all my expectations. Next time I`ll be staying at this hotel again.

EXCELLENT ROOM, EXCELLENT SERVICES, EXCELLENT BREAKFAST! It’s one of the greatest experience ever! The chefs, the staff and the services were impeccable! We were frequent travellers and we were in awe by the scale of the hotel, the landscape, the design to details, we had one of the best stay ever! Kudos to executive chef Markus and chef Made of Babacoa, they provide us with extra care and hospitality! We were so blessed to know them! U have direct access to the beach and so many restaurants to choose from! We didn’t even leave to anywhere except to the duty free centre which is only 5 mins away. We love it so much!

3 nights stay with my family , it’s an amazing hotel . I would go highly recommend for those going to Sanya for holiday with family. You don’t have to worry about your kids doesn’t have nice food or entertainment . These hotel facilities are well maintained . Overall experience very great . Definitely I will be going back there with my family again. Specially thanks to Jessica and Grace as they very helpful and taking care on our daily arrangement . Again, thank you to both of you .

The water released by the real hot spring still has minerals. I bring an elderly child and a baby, which is suitable for this niche hotel. There is a dedicated butler on WeChat to contact you. Meals can be delivered to the room. There may be 10 or so guests staying on the same day. The guy at the front desk, Huang Jin, is very enthusiastic. There are roads repaired in the mountains, and the rain is full of mud. I’m afraid we can’t find them, so I’ll go down the mountain to pick them up. I’ll choose this place next time.
