Single Inn (Kaohsiung Station) Reviews

Everything was great except that there was a problem with some small flying insects (unsure of what they were exactly but I’m assuming some kind of fly) in the bedroom and shared bathroom. They were present on the floor I was staying on (9th), but not so much in the lobby nor the public bath/lounge on the second floor.

Room is small. Really small, so not so convenient if you have a large luggage. There is a sauna you can relax on second floor. At night the walls are thin so you can hear people moving up and down the corridors. But overall for the price I think it's fair.

Very near to Kaohsiung station, however, the station is undergoing renovation, thus the walking distance is a little far than expected. Very comfy bed, room space is just enough for 1 adult and 1 hand carry baggage. There's a water dispenser at second floor, and 7 Eleven is just right opposite the hotel. With this fair price comes with hot tub at second floor, I'll surely come back again.

Clean room, good location, nearby Double veggie (Vegetarian Buffet). Love it.

Convenient location. Cheaper and clean. The privacy is good for one man travel.

The people at the service desk are helpful and nice. The public hot-spring-like bath on the second floor is a fantastic addition. The common place to eat and sit is great. The only downside I can mention is that, at least on the eighth floor, the walls are so thin that I could hear the guys next to me snoring as if they were in my bed. On both sides.. They do provide some earplugs, but that didn't help for the particularly agressive snorer two rooms to my left..

Very small room with close to no possibilities to store luggage or anything. Rooms are clean and so are the showers. For the cheap price it is okay.

Place is well located, easy to check in, clean and comfortable.

The hotel is in a good location, close to the train station and Formosa MRT. It also has a bathhouse. The room is clean and the breakfast is acceptable. The environment of the social room on the second floor is good, but the breakfast food is placed downstairs. If you want to go to the social room, you have to carry the food Go to the second floor.

The location is quite close to Kaohsiung Station, just a walk away from the intersection. However, the soundproofing facilities are really poor. Whenever you enter or leave other rooms on the same floor, you will hear the sound of doors closing, and even wearing earplugs can't stop it. In addition, why is there no door to separate the bathroom and toilet area on the accommodation floor? I can hear the sound of people taking a shower even in the room.

The space for a single room is not large, and the shower rooms are shared, but there are not many on the first floor. Sound insulation is poor, but earplugs are included

The room is small, clean and comfortable, and the transportation is convenient and the CP value is very high! I have stayed here many times and it is really a very convenient accommodation environment for traveling alone! Breakfast is provided daily for basic room types, and delicious late-night snacks are also available. If you arrive early or check out, your luggage can be stored at the counter, making it easy to start your day's itinerary.

The hotel is in a good location. It's about a 10-minute walk to the MRT station. There are many restaurants and shops nearby. This time I went to Taipei to meet friends. I made a temporary reservation and only had windowless rooms. Although I stayed in a windowless room, there would be no windowless rooms. There is a sense of oppression, and the room is very warm and well-designed. The beds and pillows are of moderate softness and hardness, and the air conditioner is also very quiet. It was a very comfortable sleep!
