Watch out for 2 things here 1) WICKER FURNITURE-HORRIBLY UNCOMFORTABLE. 2) Manager Kalei giving false directions to local beaches. Asked her how to get to “Airport Beach” she wrote instructions for me which sent me to a gravel parking lot which was a mile north of the actual beach. I felt it deliberate and intentional, and I was mislead-she wrote the directions out for me!. Kinda like smile at your face and when you walk away they are laughing at you. Not nice behavior!

Great place to stay! Room was clean and comfortable and had all the amenities needed. Short walk to gorgeous Napili beach. Was glad to have the beach chairs and umbrella as well as towels. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Our flights home departed later in the evening and they allowed us a late checkout so we didn't have to lug our stuff around all day as we enjoyed our last day on the island. Would highly recommend and stay here again!

We loved it here. For Maui, it is very reasonably priced given you are 1 minute from the beach and have access to a pool. The room size was very adequate for our small family of 3, and we really enjoyed having the balcony. We didn't feel like the room was missing anything. Staff were all extremely friendly. Absolutely not negatives except that you hear other guests since the windows don't actually close 100% but that's expected. Highly recommend staying here to others.

What I love about Napili Village is it has everything you need, and nothing more. If you’re on Maui, there is no need for a TV. The full kitchen and fridge makes it perfect for preparing meals on the go for road to Hana and Haleakala. Very close to Napili Bay and some amazing snorkeling with turtles just one bay south. Staff was accommodating and kind. Beds were comfortable. Wi-Fi worked great after a long day out.

The resort was small and tucked away. 2 min walk to the beach. Parking was cramped. But our room was great. Lock box checkin is such a great idea for a small resort. Everything was clean and well kept. Pool area was adequate with BBQs available to use if you want to cook. Office hours are limited but accommodating when available. No TV or radio but I don’t need that on vacation. Close to Napili Market, small restaurants. A small neighborhood vibe in a really crowded resort area. If you’re busy sightseeing or just looking for a relaxing beach this is a great find.

I will start with the 3 pluses. 1. Water pressure in shower good. 2. Wi-Fi worked. 3. 167 yards from beach access. All the rest is pretty awful and abusive. I was in a bind and desperate for a room to join my friend for a few rounds of golf. Not my kind of place, but I went into it with an adventurous spirit. The first sign of trouble were all the emails outlining ALL the rules. So many rules that basically had my Spidey sense going off the map. Was this a hotel? It was shaped like a motel, but read like a crazy stay at your eccentric aunt's house. The check in (narrow window) was a non-event and my first glimpse of the room was resigned but hopeful. Not sure what material the bed was, but it was purely made for long term prison-level sleeping. There was a horrific metal chair sitting in the middle of the room that looked like a James Bond torture device. Stains all over the mushy couch. Rips like a tiger had assaulted the lanai. I kept my counsel. Bought a bottle of bourbon to get me to sleep after my rounds each night and I survived. After reading the other reviews, I would not want to take anything away from someone who actually enjoyed the room, but I don't know what they are talking about. My wife pointed out that when there are more pics of the beach than the rooms or pool then you are in trouble. I was already committed and in trouble.

This is the best place to stay in at Napili Bay. It's a five minute walk to the beach, it's another 10 minute walk to Kapalua Bay and the staff is awesome. There's also a great coffee shop and supermarket up the street where you can buy all the groceries you need. The space is the perfect size and clean. I would 110% stay here again.

We were pleasantly surprised at how big the room was. The kitchen area was well stocked with everything you’d need….plus even more. The bed was extremely comfortable. The temperature was easily controlled by the trade winds during the night, and the air conditioner and ceiling fans kept the room cool during the day. The balcony overlooking the pool was spacious and had two beach chairs and two beach umbrellas for you to carry to the beach. We knew there was no tv in the room, but who wants to watch TV while you’re in Maui!!! The Sea House Restaurant is a short walk away, and their lunches are delicious!! Prices were reasonable. The Gazebo restaurant was also a short walk away but we did not eat there because of the long line every time we went by. But we heard that it was delicious. If you want to snorkel, there is a Snorkel Bob rental shop beside the office. They are helpful and tell you where to snorkel. Beautiful Honolua Beach is about 15 minutes away and a great place to snorkel. Office staff was helpful and nice. Office closes about 4:00pm. Check in after 4:00 is handled via email or texts. Follow the procedure on text and check in is easy. We would stay here again.

It was an adequate, room that met basic needs. Clean, and no nasty insects that would have ruined it for me. Friendly staff, all questions were answered and any request for towels, etc., were fulfilled quicky. The couch served well as an extra bed (more sheets would have been nice). However, it was not comfortable to sit on as you had either sit so far back and sit cross-legged or layback and slide off the couch as the bottom cushions did not stay in place. No TV, not a big deal to me, but if you need to watch TV you will need a laptop and streaming service No pot holders or kitchen towels - was a problem for someone who cooks. Notes in the rental sheet noted that you could be charged for stained towels. Needs more dishes, regular glasses, and cookware but that is not that big of a deal. You just have to get creative when you cook. Biggest draw back was that the only curtains on the wall of window were sheer curtains. All of the street lights kept the room bright all night. The folding room divider helped a little, but the room was still too bright. Beach chairs were a mis-mash, mismatched selection of what ever was left by previous renters or found somewhere and not in very good shape. Due to beach erosion, it is a very shallow beach with not much room to spread out on busy day. It used to be much wider years ago. Don't waste money on snorkel gear. The coral is pretty much dead from bleaching events, sand erosion and other undetermined factors. VERY FEW FISH and no colorful coral like 15-20 years ago. Although Napili Village has no control over that, it was very disappointing. Holly at Head to Toe Salon in the parking lot, was gracious enough to take me in for toenail polish salon without an appointment. The Sea House Restaurant was not all that it was cracked up to be. 5315 Kitchen had a nice small Tiki Bar with great, generous sized drinks and great appetizers. I can't rate the restaurant, since all we wanted was apps and drinks. Sansei Sushi in Kapalua had a rude hostess and they lost out on probably $200 because of the attitude. Napili Marked was great! There were several other small local eateries in that plaza that are checking out. The Ribs, Wings and Rotisserie chicken joint is a fantastic place for take out. Coffee shop was also a hidden gem.
