The room booked for my parents has a hot spring and includes two meals, breakfast or lunch, or breakfast and dinner. The hotel room is not very big, the air conditioning is relatively good, and the front desk is very welcoming

A particularly dishonest hotel with many safety hazards. My child was scratched by the escalator on the pool. We agreed on a compensation agreement, but the hotel said they didn't want to compensate because the guest had insurance. This is simply ** thinking. Ctrip contacted us for a month, but they either didn't answer the phone or tried to play rogue. It's really too bad.

This is the most cost-effective hotel for traveling in Turkey these days. The hotel includes breakfast and dinner, and the meals are very rich, especially the Turkish kebab and flying pancakes. The hotel also has a real hot spring for free, which is great. The hotel is only a 15-minute drive from the Pamukkale scenic area. If you get up early in the morning, you can see the nearby hot air balloons from the window sill.

The conditions at Pamukkale Hotel are limited, the food was not a surprise, just average. I took a hot spring bath in the evening and saw hot air balloons filling the sky after breakfast.

It's full of tour groups, super messy, totally not recommended!!! The quality of consumables in the hotel room is very poor

The hotel rooms are quite big. I suggest not to stay in the rooms on the side of the pool, which is a bit noisy. There are outdoor swimming pools, indoor swimming pools, and hot spring pools. You need to wear a swimming cap in the hot spring pool (please note this). The most convenient thing is that they provide dinner, but there are too many groups. Everything else is good.

The hotel is a few kilometers away from Pamukkale and close to the Hercules scenic area, but it is a cooperative hotel for group tours. To be honest, the appearance looks OK and it is also known as a hot spring resort hotel, but the overall facilities are average, just at the domestic three-star level, and the quality of meals and many room supplies is average.

Strangers opened the door and broke in twice at 7am, feeling very unsafe. Although the front desk explained that they were cleaning staff, the service was poor and the breakfast was average.
