Location is good, surrounded by plenty of food choices. Only downside for me, the Wifi connection is very weak & slow, which is kind of a surprise for me.

The staff are so friendly and truly do care about your needs or concerns. The beds were the best I've ever experienced at a hotel! We slept like angels, even our son slept through the night. The only downfall is the parking lot being small but there's nothing they can do about that. Definitely home away from home!

Similar to a motel, the environment is very general The air conditioner is on the ground and the noise is particularly loud Breakfast is normal American breakfast The washbasin is very high, I'm 165, I have to put my toes to wash my face It's been a long time, the carpet is very dark My room and the other rooms of two friends have a smell. I don't know if they are disinfected or not. Not recommended, about $100

It was good, but I was disappointed that the additional charge was higher than I expected, but the facility was very clean and good. I especially like that the bathroom is clean.

Super friendly, efficient and accommodating manager. Breakfast room is clean, enough selection to fuel the day (tatter tots, waffle maker, cereal, fruit, and coffee maker, among others). Self service laundry machine is available (we dont use it). Room is a throwback from the 80, a bit dark, however bed is comfortable, towel and sheet are clean. Only soap and shampoo is provided so bring your own rest of toiletries. Great location, close to many eateries and across korean supermarket and lucky supermarket is a few minutes drive away. The motel is set at a sweet price point. We are family of three and we stayed for 3 nights.

Spent few days on a business trip at the inn it's an affordable place with a nice breakfast inclusive had a quiet stay no issues to report good day staff night staff need to smike and do not look interrupted when asked for a question I felt like they are just trying to end the convo otherwise very clean place cleaning crew did a fantastic job reservation and rewards available if u join through their site for discounts. Close to Santa Clara , Levi stadium about 10 minutes drive even in morning rush

Service is excellent! Dhimel is great. Always accommodative and helping. Breakfast is good, though I miss the parathas and masala chai. Location is excellent. Walking distance to restaurants and other businesses. Will stay there again !!! Kepp up the great service!!

First time at this Best Western. I thought it was a great value. Great staff! I found the room very clean, breakfast had very good offerings, including cappuccino! The bed was comfortable with lots of pillows. Fridge, coffee maker… What more could a girl ask for?

Excellent for my personal needs and location. Trip for medical attention in Palo Alto and family in San Jose. Finding a smoking room was especially appreciated in this intolerant state. Great staff helped.

Very great customer service. Always has many choices for breakfast. Rooms are always clean. It's location is very convenient. They also have a washer and dryer. Very convenient. Overall a very great hotel to stay at.
