İki aile olarak yaptığımız kültür gezimizin son durağı olan Karaman'da rehberimiz arkeolog Sn. Ünsal Özırmak'ın tavsiyesi ile Grand Hotel Karaman'da 12-14 kasım tarihlei arasında 2 gece, 3 gün konakladık. Otel personelinin saygılı, güleryüzlü, yardımsever yaklaşımını, otelin konumunu, kahvaltı ve akşam yemeği seçeneklerini, odamızın genişliğini, sessizliğini ve temizliğini beğendik. Tek hoşlanmadığımız şey ikinci kattaki restaurantta (kapalı mekan olmasına rağmen..) sigara içilmesi oldu. Otel müdürü Sn. İbrahim Kaynak'a da misafirperverliği ve otel yönetimi için teşekkür ederiz. Geçenlerde bu otelde kaldık ve deneyimim oldukça kötüydü. Otelin hijyeninden çok uzak olduğunu söyleyebilirim. Camlar pis, duşlar pis, lobideki tuvaletler pis. Ödediğimiz paraya kesinlikle değmedi. Bir daha burada kalmayı asla düşünmüyorum. Ayrıca, kahvaltı dahil istemediğim halde kahvaltısız seçeneği olmadığını söylediler. Sabah kahvemi bile içemedim çünkü kahve yoktu. Kimseye tavsiye etmiyorum.

Grubumuzla Mayıs ayında 2 gece konaklama yaptığımız Grand Karaman Otelin Resepsiyonundan Restoran görevlisine kadar tüm personel güler yüzlü, kibar ve hızlı şekilde hizmet verdiler. 42 kişilik grubuzun otele girişi 10 dk sürmedi Expres griş yaptık, tur sonrası yorgun dönen misafirler için bu o kadar kıymetliydi ki, bunun önemini acente yetkilileri çok iyi anlayacaklardır. We stayed here during the religious holidays (1-4 May). The hotel is located near the city but away from the crowd. The rooms are comfortable, the staff very friendly. The breakfast buffet was rich. Grandkids enjoyed the pool. Definitely we will visit again. Special thanks to Mr. Rasim, the manager for all the arrangements.

If I am to be considered as a person dealing with the tourism sector, I had the opportunity to stay for 3 days by coming for business. When you enter the door, the smile of all the staff greets you. The food is great. Congratulations to the chief and his team. The F&b Manager knows his job well and his follow up is excellent. All the staff, especially the general manager, are very polite, helpful and smiling. Rooms are very clean. There is definitely a serious system and effort in the personnel here. No other words are needed. Service+taste+cleanliness+professionalism 10 out of 10. A place you can choose with peace of mind. Thank you so much Grand Karaman🙏
