One of the best hotels in Karlovy Vary... delicious breakfasts and amazing medicine ❤️🇨🇿 spa area at the level👌 visited the Cryo chamber 😊 one of the best in the Czech Republic and the best in Karlovy Vary... my husband and I will return many times

Ich war sehr zufrieden mit ganzem Ambiente und besonders von medizinischem Dienst! Gastronomie war auch sehr schön ! Saunalandschaft ist eine Begeisterung! Ich komme unbedingt wieder! Physiotherapie hat mir sehr geholfen! Doctor Omarova ist sehr fachlich ,sage ich als Arzt!

Мы провели три прекрасных дня в этом замечательном отеле. Персонал был невероятно вежливым и внимательным. Наш номер оказался просторным, чистым и очень уютным, что позволило нам полностью расслабиться и насладиться отдыхом. Питание в отеле было разнообразным и вкусным. Особенно хотелось бы отметить прекрасную зону SPA, где мы смогли расслабиться и восстановить силы. Единственное, что немного омрачило впечатление — нехватка лежаков. Многие гости, уходя в сауну или бассейн, оставляли свои вещи на лежаках, что создавало определенный дискомфорт для других отдыхающих. Надеемся, что в будущем эта проблема будет решена. Также удивило, что в обоих джакузи была холодная вода. В целом, наш отдых был великолепным, и мы с радостью вернемся сюда снова!

Dieses Hotel war einfach super! Es gab nichts zu bemängeln. Die Zimmer, der Service, das Frühstück und auch die Lage einfach ausgezeichnet. Wir kommen auf alle Fälle gerne wieder. Auch der Spa-und Wellnessbereich waren super schön. Leider hatten wir keine Zeit die Carlsbad-Klinik zu nutzen das werden wir beim nächsten mal tuen, dann werden wir auch noch mehr Sehenswürdigkeiten von Karlsbad anschauen.

Добрый день! Все отлично, единственное моим девочкам не нравился фен, хотелось бы стационарный фен иметь в номере, отсутствие биде… В этом году понравилась кухня в ресторане, чем в предыдущем году.
