Good service , and nice breakfast. You could see the sea through your balcony .

no stairs, no elevator Bad breakfast, little variety and very mediocre quality

The service staff is very enthusiastic, helping to carry and deliver the luggage, and also helping to turn on the air conditioner, but they are actually waiting for a tip. There are too many cats in this hotel, which will affect breakfast. The breakfast is not very rich, there are more cold dishes and the like, and the juice needs to be charged 50Tl The design of the room is quite strange, the air conditioner is installed behind the curtains, and the air conditioner cannot be felt after the curtains are drawn. Poor Wi-Fi signal

The room is big and there is a swimming pool. Generally speaking, it is okay, but a male waiter asks for a tip. I gave it, but it just feels bad. If you serve well, I will give you without your request, but if you take the initiative to tip, the taste will be different.

I liked everything except that the pool closes at 19.00 and the wifi only works in the lobby. Otherwise, I liked everything, everything is clean, the breakfast is delicious, the service is top notch. Near the mini beach, the hotel is located in the heart of Kas, around many establishments. Very comfortably.

Very nice hotel

It's all very good at the Phellos but I do wish they would improve the WiFi, it gets more flaky with each passing year.

Good location. Clean updated bathroom. Good water pressure. Room itself can do with some update. ( I was on a second floor) Trash can in the room would be useful. AC was cold, quiet and working well. It was not reacting on changing temperature up when I wanted it to stop blowing cold air. Staff was friendly and helpful. Especially since I had a late arrival. Will stay there again.

Good points - aircon, pool and bar area. Poor points - staff service terrible and spoke zero English. breakfast very poor - need some international options. Average rooms, tired and in need of new decor but just ok.

Was just a quick one night stay, but very nice hotel, and very welcoming staff. Highly recommend.

Hotel is old and not being maintained. There is a horrible smell in the bathrooms. We left a day early even though we paid for. Not recommended.

There where 2 cockroaches in our bathroom. Housekeeping didn't saw or cleaned it before arrival. Other than that the hotel was overall ok.

Good hotel for the price you pay. Clean and staff very polite and helpful. Let us also keep room as we had late flight for a small fee. Breakfast is good and pool great. Hotel just needs a little updating but that didn’t spoil it for us. Also note there is no lift at the hotel.

No wifi in the room, had to go to the lobby to get some coverage. Had to remind them several times to give water, towels, etc. The phone did not work so could not contact reception for anything so for every thing, had to go to the reception/lobby, and due to no elevator present, it was a task climbing up and down 3 floors.
