The hotel is especially suitable for guests who do not drive themselves. It has a superior geographical location, and is separated from the ancient city of Kashgar by a road. The hotel's parking lot is also a gathering place for individual tourists in Kashgar, making travel convenient. The People's Park next to the hotel has buses No. 2 and No. 28 to Kashgar Airport, No. 3, No. 6, No. 20, No. 28 (airport-train station), No. 30, and No. 33 to the railway station, and No. 2, No. 3, No. 6, No. 20, No. 30, and No. 33 to the Xiangfei Garden scenic area. The hotel's front desk staff, room cleaning staff, and hotel security are warm, thoughtful, and meticulous. The guest rooms are clean and safe to use. The rooms are equipped with a small refrigerator, and the bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas. Drinks and snacks are given on the first day of stay. The breakfast is quite rich, with many varieties to choose from. Of course, there were some regrets during my stay. First, when I took a shower on the first day, dirt kept coming out of the anti-skid mat (there are photos to prove it), so I had to rinse it myself for nearly 40 minutes before I could continue to take a shower. It seems that the anti-skid mat, which is a filthy object, is a dead corner for hygiene. Second, when I went out the next morning, I clearly remembered to put the plug of the mobile phone charger and the charging cable together on the bedside table. When I came back to charge it at night, there was only the charging cable but no plug. I called the front desk but no one answered. I went to the first floor to ask the front desk staff, and the answer was: our cleaners will definitely not take it. You must have put it somewhere randomly and can't remember it. I don't doubt the character and quality of your hotel's cleaners at all, but when I checked in at noon on the first day, I also noticed that when the cleaners cleaned the guest rooms, whether they had checked out or not, the doors were wide open, which does not rule out other possibilities. Besides, it was used the night before. The plug and the charging cable can only be used together. Who would separate the plug and the charging cable and ask for trouble? A plug is not worth much, and there is no need to charge a hotel for it. When you are out, it does cause a nuisance to affect the charging of your phone. Finally, the front desk staff brought me a plug (which was returned to the front desk staff when I checked out on the morning of the 26th). This staff member was the same staff member who checked me in. I was deeply impressed by her warm, thoughtful and meticulous service when I checked in before. I even paid special attention to her work card at that time, but the charging plug incident discounted my impression of her. Overall, it is still a very good hotel worth recommending.

There are two bad things about the experience: 1. The quilt was dirty, but I asked the waiter to change it. I suggest you check it yourself next time. 2. The elevator buttons are not reasonable. The buttons for the first floor and the elevator switch are too low, which is inconvenient. Everything else is fine. The service attitude of the staff is very good.

The hotel is close to the ancient city of Kashgar and can be reached in 15 minutes on foot. It is the kind of hotel with older facilities, but the service is more thoughtful and the health is good. Fruits and dried fruits are welcome every day. The breakfast was also very pleasant, the variety was quite rich, and the waiters were very real. Suitable for friends or family to travel to Kashgar. In addition, there are many restaurants around.

We stayed two nights separated by one night in Tashkurgan.The best part of the first day was spent locating an agent to provide a car and driver to Tashkurgan. My wife and me were sent to the Kashgar Tourist centre beyond the airport to apply for a Border Travel Permit to Tashkurgan and astonished to find the place closed being Sunday 24th June. Staff at the reception were all friendly and enthusiastic. Only two lifts served both Orange and Mercure which were inadequate. Mercure provides free pick up and sent from anf to airport but requires 4 hours advance confirmation. We requested sent off to airport for 1005 flight to Chengu. Staff confirmed reservation for two leaving at 0800 which is too early for breakfast at hotel. So an arrangement was made for wake up call, picnic boxes to takeaway. On 26th morning, the short bald old man probably working as bell boy scolded me why I am alone at the lobby at 0752 and that there are other guests waiting in the car. Fully seated by 0755, we discovered that the rush was to pick up another passenger for the one remaining seat in the 7- seater! We had to travel west to Tianshan road, pick up the last passenger at Hanting Hotel before making east and north to Kashgar Airport. The experience totally spoilt my day, wiped out any good feeling or impression with Mercure and never mind about the promised packed breakfast boxes.

Great hotel in the city. Very clean and modern and located next to a new shopping mall with great access to restaurants and shops. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, in particular 小艾 who helped us on check in and was very attentive to our needs through the stay. Would absolutely recommend staying here to anyone visiting the city

The front desk service is very good. The room is average. The first day I lived in a deluxe family room, at 363, the sound insulation was very poor. The next day, I lived in the exclusive family room, at 258, next door is the gym and laundry room, which is convenient. But there is a problem with the toilet. People sit on it and flush automatically, but the water will get dirty pp (non-electric hip washing function), and there is a problem with the sewer pipe. Whether it is laundry in the laundry room or toilet flushing, the sewer pipe will squeak, which affects the rest. The sound insulation is still not good, but because it is an end room, there are not many people disturbing it.

The beauty at the front desk is super nice, the service is super good, the room is super comfortable, the bed is super soft and super big, the health is super clean, the front desk also sent three bottles of water at night, moved and cried 😭😭, really super super recommended

The environment is beautiful and the sanitation is very clean. The key is that the front desk lady is very beautiful. The speech is very gentle. The service attitude is very good. I like it very much. I will choose this hotel next time.
