"This hotel absolutely deserves a perfect score! The hygiene is impeccable; every corner of the room is spotless, and the bedding and towels are pristine white, making you feel incredibly comfortable and safe. The service is exceptionally thoughtful as well. The front desk attendant was gentle and patient, proactively helped with our luggage, and even kindly provided tips for exploring the local area. Housekeeping was prompt, and amenities were refilled regularly. The room had great natural light, and the facilities were complete and in excellent condition, with plenty of hot water at a stable temperature. The soundproofing was fantastic, ensuring a quiet and peaceful night's sleep. They even gave us a small gift when we checked out, which was such a warm touch! The experience far exceeded our expectations. A five-star rating is well-deserved, and I highly recommend everyone stay here!"

"Urcove hardly disappoints. It’s a superb hotel with great hardware. However, location wise it’s a bit far from the east gate where the opening ceremony is (15min walk ish). Although you can use the north gate (8min walk), you land in a weird spot in the ancient city. The hotels air condition also acted kinda weird when I was there. It stopped in the middle of the night even though I set it to heating mode of 24C, it dropped to 19C by itself. The room I booked supposedly has a balcony to it. But the thing is, it’s pretty much useless cuz the BBQ smoke from nearby restaurants will overwhelm you."

"The hotel is nice, clean and comfortable. The location is excellent (with an abundance of choices for food around), it’s literally a very short walk to the entrance of the Kashgar Ancient City. There’s a smart toilet, the best water pressure in any hotel in China (it’s truly incredible how super strong the water is *zero sarcasm* 😅). The room is also a smart room controllable by using the switches. I’d definitely stay here again when I come back to Kashgar! Side note: the room does smell of cigarette smoke but it isn’t overwhelming."

"The location is very close to the east gate of the ancient city, right inside the ancient city, very quiet, and the ancient city pedestrian street is right outside. The owner is also very friendly and there is an airport pick-up service and fruit delivery."

"The service was warm and attentive; the front desk staff processed check-in quickly, answered all questions promptly, and were exceptionally friendly. The hotel facilities were complete, the WiFi was reliable, and the breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options to satisfy different tastes. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, suitable for both business and leisure travel. I would definitely stay here again!"

"The location is excellent, very close to all the attractions. The room was clean and didn't have any strange smells. The service was outstandingly warm and friendly. Although the parking lot was a bit small, when a car blocked the driveway in the middle of the night, a staff member got up very early to help us move our vehicle. We accidentally left some local specialties we bought in Kashgar at the hotel, and the front desk even went out of their way to call us about it. We felt completely at ease during our stay and ended up staying for two consecutive nights!"

"The location of the hotel is fantastic. Transportation is convenient and it is located at the entrance of Gucheng old city. There are many restaurants and shopping places around. The hotel front desk uncle and aunt are very friendly and active. Very cheap and clean. For backpackers, it is as comfortable as at home. If I come to Kashgar again, I would like to stay at this hotel."

"The location is fantastic, right near the Old City, making it super convenient for exploring. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was impressed. While not huge, it's beautifully decorated with authentic Kashgar features and ethnic ornaments. Even the staff uniforms are distinctive – every detail is thoughtfully done. It felt like walking into a miniature exhibition of Western Regions culture, perfect for photos that look amazing without feeling cheap. I have to specially praise the Peet's Coffee on the first floor; their 'Naan Cup Coffee' is absolutely brilliant! The aroma of wheat blends with the coffee, and you get to tear off and eat the naan at the end – it's a full-on Kashgar experience. The coffee bean quality is excellent, and it's so therapeutic to come back for a cup after a tiring day exploring the Old City. The room was clean and comfortable, the bedding was soft, and I could even see the Kunlun Pagoda at night. I ordered breakfast separately and was surprised to find Da Pan Ji (Big Plate Chicken), which was very authentic. The service was incredibly attentive, comparable to high-end hotels in mainland China. Seriously, if you're staying in Kashgar, book this place without hesitation!"

"Generally good especially the location is perfect for us as we wanted to explore the ancient town on foot from the hotel. However there are two shortcomings 1. There is only ONE lift 2. TV in the room is hard to operate"

"Stayed for 4 nights in total. Good breakfast at restaurant at L1. Had Chinese dinner once at restaurant at L1, quality food. Wanda shopping centre nearby. Easy for transport to airport as carpark is infront of hotel. Room was comfortable. However need to get cab to East gate (about cny 8). Walkable to west gate. Pleasant waiting area behind reception while waiting for transport to airport."
