Kashgar City Hostels

Had to ask around to locate the hotel. Didn't realize it is on the same floor as the arrival hall of the airport. The receptionist is very pleasant and helpful. She orientated me patiently on the facility in the capsule. Felt like in a spaceship, comfortable, clean and secure. What a creative idea!

This guesthouse is perfectly located in the heart of the Old City's western district, on Bhagqi Lane, a street known for its B&Bs. It's just 100 meters from the West Gate, where there's a dedicated parking lot. Getting a taxi from here is super easy, and it's only a 20-minute drive to the airport or train station. You're right next to Rainbow Lane, Budai Lane, and Qiamen Wanhu, with a century-old teahouse, mosques, and the ancient Ustar Boys Street all nearby. The Fig Tree Courtyard is a unique gem in the Old City, featuring beautiful French architecture and two ancient fig trees that are hundreds of years old. The courtyard is wonderfully cool, about 5-10 degrees Celsius cooler than outside. Sitting there is pure bliss – it's incredibly quiet, allowing you to easily sleep until noon. The bedding is very comfortable, soft, and feels great against your skin, and the mattress is excellent for relieving fatigue. The room itself is spacious, neat, clean, and hygienic. The owner is incredibly warm-hearted, an amazing cook, and patiently offers great recommendations for local food and attractions. Kashi Love Song was even filmed here!

The location is excellent, very close to Kashgar Old City (West District), making it easy to walk over for photos day or night. The room was clean and tidy. There are many fruit stands and snack shops near the guesthouse. Overall, the accommodation offers great value for money. Most notably, the owner is very warm and thoughtful, helping guests with parking and providing information about attractions and transportation, which made us feel right at home. In short, we were very satisfied and give it a five-star rating! If we come to Kashgar again, we will definitely choose this hotel.
