It was very bad. The quilt was too thin. There was only one sheet that we used to make the quilt. It was cold when the air conditioner was turned on, and hot when it was not turned on. I booked it for 5 days at a time and could not get a refund. Later, I contacted Ctrip customer service and the refund was only for one day. Moreover, the price is very expensive and the location is very remote. I went there alone and arrived at night. I was very scared and wanted to cry.

Lage ist absolut top, direkt am feinsandigen Kendwa Beach. Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet, ein bisschen schon in die Jahre gekommen. Getränke und Speisen schon „ortsüblich „ im oberen Bereich. Happy Hour wird nicht angeboten, Schade. Wir hatten half Bord gebucht, soweit so gut. Aufpreis für Abendessen war ok, aber leider waren die Speisen geschmacklich nicht so unser Ding. Außerhalb vom Hotel, fussläufig zu erreichen, gibt es jede Menge Restaurants, diese sollte man nutzen. Alle Leute waren sehr freundlich und bemüht. Man sollte aber beim Essen reichlich Zeit mitbringen.

Amazing hotel, wonderful beach and the perfect staff. It was so good that we checked out after day 2, to go to stay in another hotel which was terrible n returned back at Sunset after 1 night!

Fuimos a comer y Solicitamos langosta de 1 kg. 50 $ según la carta y una botella de vino blanco 35 $ éramos 3 personas para comer. Que nos sacaron?? una langosta vieja, color oscuro y con mucho limón. Q significa q nos estaban dando algo totalmente pasado Le comentamos a la camarera y vino la responsable una señora de nombre Zena Nos hizo un descuento y nos comentó q al día siguiente tendríamos una excelente langosta Siguiente día LA CREIMOS y paso q ella no estaba su dia libre. MENTIROSA. Nos atendió un chico q era el responsable FATAL ademas se negó a facilitarnos su nombre Nos trajo antes de cocinar para q la viésemos una langosta congelada de mal color Como era muy tarde nos quedamos a comer. No comimos langosta El responsable muy desagradable Las camareras Alice y Nekima muy agradables y profesionales. Mejor q vayan a trabajar a otro lugar y q no estén con personajes de esa calaña.

Não fiquem nesse hotel! Os funcionários são extremamente mal educados e despreparados. Eles tem "acordos" com outros hotéis para ficaram mandando os hóspedes de um hotel para o outro para fazer o "day use". Mas eles tratam todos MUITO MAL!! Os funcionários que cuidam das cadeiras de praia são grosseiros e mandam você sair da cadeira de praia se não estiver consumindo. Vi várias família sendo retiradas e indignadas com a situação. É o maior absurdo que eu já vi. Eles guardam as cadeiras para os hospedes que dão gorjetas. Um absurdo!! Não fiquem nesse hotel e não peguem o day use dele!

Our room was very nice and seemed recently refurbished. Would recommend adding a table in the bathroom to put toiletries but we managed without. The balcony is lovely with a great view of their huge beach. The pool is nice and where we admired the beach from to avoid the salesmen. The staff are so friendly and helpful. I didn’t think the restaurant food was a wow. Better to order basics like fish n chips or sandwich. Breakfast was fairly decent but they have a problem with bees. Seems like they were doing some smart experiments to counteract this issue though.
