The time is almost the same from Higashi Hie Station of the subway, but if you are from Higashi Hie, you will not be lost because you are straight from the street. It was convenient to use because it had good access to Tenjin, Hakata, and Yakuin, and a 24-hour supermarket was nearby. The 7-Eleven on the first floor is also helpful. Having a microwave in the room is also convenient!

Very convinient & clean hotel . Include light buffet breakfast & light afternoon snack . 5mins walking distance to JR subway Station . Many Nice restaurance nearby . Taxi to AirPort about 15mins . So far very happy on this trip .

Good location. Good price. Friendly and accommodating staff. Clean hotel. Looks new. BUT... (1) I find the room too dark. There is a hallway light with sensor that I wished had a switch that could turn it on/off. It could’ve added brightness to the room. (2) The air-conditioner is centralized, you cannot control it. The air is not enough to cool the warm room. There was a time that warm air was being emitted so we had to open the window for cooler air. But opening the window lets you hear the street noise. (3) Toilet/Bathroom is small. If you are tall, you cannot comfortably sit when doing your business. (4) The hallway of the room is too narrow. But the bed area of our twin room is wide. If these are OK with you, it is still a nice hotel to stay in.

Nice and clean boutique hotel with great staff, except no parking lot within the hotel. However, there is a multi-storey carpark abt 3 mins walk behind the hotel which is convenient. Family mart is just next to the hotel. Shopping malls Mina, Aeon and Parco are all within walking distance. Our room has a great view too. A great place to stay.
