Stayed here for 9 nights, loved the service and sound proof rooms. The dinner and breakfast chefs were amazing and the location of hotel is part of Chaya centre which has a amazing coffee spot called Arabica coffee!! Once we gathered our bearings around Thamel, shopping and external restaurants are very easy to walk to and enjoy. When using taxis we saved so much downloading Pathao so we did not have to negotiate on price and get overcharged. Highly recommend Aloft in Kathmandu and they are great ambassadors of the Marriott name and brand!

Lovely hotel with great green spaces and pool. The rooms were very comfortable, with a separate tub in the bathroom. The staff were very attentive and friendly, especially Agira who helped us book a taxi. Would stay here again if I returned to Nepal and would recommend to a friend!

The hotel is newly renovated and the bedding is new and clean. The front desk staff are very good, enthusiastic and thoughtful. Many of them have been trained in Sanya resort hotels and can speak some Mandarin. The restaurant on the first floor even helped us make instant noodles for free🍜 Recommended, will stay here again next time There is a SPA in the hotel, and guests can get 15% off. The technique is very good, but there are only three essential oils to choose from: lavender, ylang ylang and eucalyptus.

Must be praised, the staff is very friendly. Breakfast-included, breakfast is very simple, there are eggs and milk tea, it feels good. It’s really comfortable to talk about the hotel’s air conditioning again. Very cool. It’s great to sleep. The price is also relatively high, so I recommend everyone to live. There is a convenience store nearby, and the room also provides drinking water, which is great. I will stay here again in Nepal next time.

The service in the rooms is impeccable and the cleanliness is very careful. the restaurant is exceptionally good. the dishes they can prepare are numerous and suitable for every need. both the national and international dishes are really very good and carefully prepared. the service at the restaurant is truly exceptional and in every detail they were truly fantastic. unique kindness. in particular Mr KESHAV who always tried to satisfy all my needs. Even the chief was really good. Thanks to all the staff and the owners who know how to manage this beautiful hotel in an appropriate manner.

Perfect hotel in Kathmandu! Clean, great service, bright and nice room, warm shower with toiletries and clean towels. The restaurant downstairs serves very nice food like fish sadheko (nepalese sauce) and plain lassi. If u chose breakfast option, it’s buffet with an egg station. 5min walk to Thamel centre and the coffee stall just below serves really good coffee. Just nearby is a Mountain Tea shop (turn left on main street) that sells masala tea at a good price (100g NPR200 while other shops sell NPR400) - u can try asking for even better price. My friend moved over from a hostel she booked after hearing my experience!

The room was comfortable, had great wifi, hot water in the shower, a heating/cooling unit and TV/cable. The staff is exceptionally friendly, responsive and professional. The location is very convenient to many Thamel attractions, yet more quiet than other streets in the area. I would highly recommend Hotel Serenity for your next trip to KTM!
