Sherpa Home Hotel is a welcoming, calm hotel with excellent rooms and attentive service. The staff are always friendly, and happy to answer all questions. The restaurant and bar is just across a quiet street from the accommodation, and the food is delicious. The rooftop bar has awesome views! We only stayed one night, but wish we could have stayed longer.

Stayed there multiple weeks, multiple times. Did some hiking in the Himalayas, organised by the hotel and a some sight seeing in and around Kathmandu. Visited nanny Buddhist places and monasteries and was always welcomed with open arms because everybody there knows the owner of the hotel.

I recently enjoyed a delightful stay at Sherpa Home Hotel. The roof top sky bar, incredible view of the Swayambhunath from there was something else. The staff were also very attentive and friendly and the food was a delight. This place is a true gem

Very good and pleasant hotel near Swayambhu. Good and healthy food Quiet place Friendly Staffs Amazing view of the Swayambhu from the roof top sky bar. Would recommend to everybody going to swayambhu.

This place is wonderful!! The family who runs it are SO kind. The food was excellent. The rooms are beautiful with hand painted ceilings. The common areas are also lovely with beautiful hand painted furniture. It's located just steps from Swayambu. It's very affordable. Wouldn't want to stay anywhere else!!

It is a great hotel located in a quiet place just some distance from Swayambhunath. The staffs are amicable and the services are all well managed. The food is also very delicious and one could also enjoy the view of Swayambhunath from the rooftop coffee bar.

Sherpa Homestay is located in a quiet alley away from the noise and crowds. It's a very well planned and very well kept place. The rooms are well done and the bathrooms with hot water are just perfect. Food is excellent. There is a lovely sitting/relaxing area on the top floor where you can be served excellent coffee.... The staff is very helpful and accommodating. Swayambhu Stupa is just a short walk away.
