During my 10 days of stay I truly loved the hotel, the staff from reception to house keeping were amazing and above all Kishor from reception and Saroj, how can only forget hom, what great person. I'm very thankful to him for the support he gave me in all my needs, from shopping, site seeing and much much more, I sincerely wish to thank Saroj , your truly a gentleman and I surely will never forgot you. Thank you Kishor, Kumar Mrs. Pornima,and above all Saroj. I recommend this good hotel , it's worthy of stay,

The most beautiful hotel I’ve ever been in. The buildings and inside are a marvel! The service is outstanding, and they went above and beyond. The food is good, but can be better. The salads are mediocre, but they worked to improve them. The buffet was good.

The way lady in the reception speak was rude And never smile to the customer she always sitting and doing computer never greetings if i owner of this place , i would not work with them because this hotel deserve better staff! It has beautiful decors By the way the lady who works in the breakfast area was smiling . In general no worth it to pay this much money on this hotel

A hotel with a sense of history and artistic atmosphere, with good service. Free airport pick-up, 15 minutes to the hotel. The hotel is quiet and clean, and the breakfast is also OK. Worth recommending.

It is indeed more quaint and beautiful. I stayed in the heritage suite. There is a sense of atmosphere. The Chinese Embassy is next door. The breakfast is average compared to other three-star hotels. Slippers are not provided. The plug is local. You have to actively ask the front desk to borrow a charging head, otherwise they can't think of it.

The hotel environment is very good, but the sockets are loose and several cannot be used! Other than that we were very happy with our stay. On the last day, we had to catch the bus early in the morning and didn't have time for breakfast. They were very considerate and prepared lunch boxes for us.
