Ramada keeps it's name and value, it can be seen in this hotel. The staff are friendly and caring. Though it was only a short stay but the room was good enough. The beds are comfortable and has basic amenities. The balcony has good space. It's quite and peaceful from outside. A good sleep and a good stay. Happy with the service.

Good location, nice staff, good beds, diverse breakfast with child friendly and Chinese friendly foods. Did not allow outside food to be eaten in room. Ants invaded any food or drinks consumed in the room when hotel room service delivered.

Hotel is literally in the tamel area, close to restaurants, shops, tourist spots like garden of dreams, museum & casinos (for foreigners only) hotel room was clean and came with basic toiletries, breakfast was good, staff were friendly and helpful, would recommend

The location is on the edge of the pedestrian street in Thamel District, close to the pedestrian street, and very quiet. However, the entrance is a bit shabby. There are many European and American guests staying. The breakfast is a combination of Indian and Western styles. There is an outdoor dining area where you can smoke. The front desk is a bit small and not atmospheric. The hotel is listed as a four-star hotel. The hotel's service staff have very good attitudes and have no problem communicating in English at the front desk.

Good place to stay when visiting Kathmandu. Reasonable room rates. The best part is their breakfast. Well laid out. Both vegan and non veg. Variety of dishes and all well prepared. Lunch too was superb. We had dinner and was finger licking. Bathrooms are not good. The commode is too low. Shower cubicle is really too small and a normal size human can not fit in. The floor overflows and becomes slippery. With glass door may cause a serious accident. The wash basin overflows and takes time to drain out. Staff is very polite. Great chefs. Special mention to Anil and Bhuwan who took great care. All in all too small main entrance for a normal car to get in. No parking. But the ever smiling staff will make us visit this place again, and again.

Nice ambience at 7th floor. Good hotel. Miss rina is one of my favourite at the hotel. She is good at all the services. Nice rooms. New property. Feeling comfortable with family. Recommend for all. Terrace swimming pool. Nice and comfortable stay.

Firstly a big big Thankyou to Ms.Sita Rayamajhi For introducing us to such an outstanding property. We really loved the ambiance and remarkable clean ,tidy and descent environment that they have maintained within. Staffs were very keen and happy to help And guide. Breakfast Buffet was excellent. The selection of food were at it best. We highly recommended this beautiful property And yeah !! We will definately be back….

Firstly we paid for studio room then due to some issue asked them to change our dates... They changed it but downgrade our rooms and not reducing the price as well and charging separately for extra bed

My stay at the Ramada Encore in Kathmandu was perfect. Situated on Thamel Street, the hotel is right in the heart of Thamel, making it an ideal base for exploring the vibrant city. The location is unbeatable for those wanting to experience the local culture, shops, and restaurants. The staff at the hotel were incredibly well-mannered and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. I would like to especially mention Rupesh Sarkar (@623rupesht) for his prompt recommendations. Thanks to his guidance, we were able to explore the beautiful hillside areas around Kathmandu, adding a special touch to our trip. Overall, the Ramada Encore offers a fantastic combination of prime location and outstanding service. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking to experience the best of Kathmandu.

The resort was at a very bad location in a market. The swimming pool was very small and was only 3 feet deep it was meant only for kids.The rooms weren't satisfactory at all . The service in the restaurant was very very slow. There was only one waiter serving food.Food quantity was quite less and disappointing. Overall a very poor experience.... 😞

My stay was lovely, the rooms were clean and modern. I also enjoyed most of the staff, particularly those at the rooftop restaurant. They were all polite and amazing, one in particular was exceptional, who's name is Anil, I was surprised to know he only started a few weeks ago but certainly had a professional and kind work ethic. The top floor staff is much kinder than the front desk staff. The men especially were quite rude and would treat me poorly because they thought i could not afford a room upgrade. It was the first time this has happened and was absolutely ridiculous and INSULTING. On top of that, a few days into my stay I had a friend help me pack my things, and as he left the hotel the front desk staff were asking incredibly inappropriate and personal questions about my relationship with my friend. I have never met such unprofessionalism with a front desk staff. Thankfully the rest of my stay was nice.
