The hotel made a mistake in the room. We booked a deluxe room. The hotel gave a standard room. Since we had to leave at 11 am to go to the airport, the hotel manager did not go to work at 11 am, so there was no time to negotiate with the hotel. I hope that the room difference can be refunded. Ctrip should refund this fee first.
