STAY AWAY!
We arrived at the hotel after travelling 12 hours and the shuttle the hotel arranged was not there. This is because the hotel had not arranged the pick up and when we phoned they scrambled to find us a ride. We were also misinformed about whether we needed cash to pay for the taxi by the hotel. We arrived to the hotel and there was no room for us. The manager was conveniently not in and the booking manager was not willing to speak to us. They told us they had the reservation that we paid for but no room. We either had to be shipped off to their (lower quality) sister hotel or get a refund and leave. No meaningful help was provided and they had the ******** to tell us to WhatsApp the booking manager because they didn't want to speak to us on the phone. No explanation was given.

L accueil même à 3h du matin est très correct ,on nous a porté les valises jusqu'à notre chambre. Le lendemain accueil impeccable de nos 3 guides, souleiman, nassir et Abdul qui nous on proposé une multitudes d activités sorties ,et plein d'autres choses . Ne pas oublier toutes les personnes qui gravitent autour des activités de l hotel : les gens de la restauration, le service de ménage qui a assuré l entretien tous les jours de notre chambre et la décoration, et surtout les barmans de la plage qui nous on accompagné le soir. Superbe ambiance ,tous les animateurs sont au top, le coin paradisiaque des vacances de rêve ! On reviendra merci à souleiman abdoul et nassir

Merci à toute l’équipe d’animation qui est vraiment géniale !! Très souriants, Abdoul, Suleiman, Nassir donnent la joie de vivre : Hakuna matata ❤️ Le cadre est magnifique, le personnel est très accueillant, les chambres sont top. La plage est merveilleuse Il y a régulièrement des petites coupures d’électricité et ce ce qui fait tout le charme de Zanzibar car tout se passe malgré tout dans la bonne humeur ! Jambo Bwana 🎵

Le Staff (Souleiman, Abdul, Nassir) sont d'exceptionnels, les points positifs : Staff, secteur de l’hôtel, francophone (tout le monde parle français, petit hôtel club de 35 chambres un vrai bonheur, tout le monde échange, de très belle rencontre intergénérationnels Les point négatifs : qualité de la literie, All in clusive ( pas de choix de cocktail, nourriture, on nous a fait payer l’assiette de frite !!!! )

Hotel qui veillit mais qui a gardé son charme chambre hyper spacieuse équipe aux petite soins ambiance familiale activités proposées très sympa si je devais trouver une critique se serait le manque de choix des buffets mais ça reste très correcte

Super séjour au Pearl Beach. Le personnel est adorable, serviable et très professionnel. Les animations (visite de l’école, village, the Rock, étoiles de mer…) et animateurs sont top ! Un grand merci à Souleiman, Abdoul et Nassir. Les massai sont serviables. La piscine est chaude mais il n’y a pas de transats. Nous n’avons pas trop aimé le buffet, pas assez varié, peu de fruits du pays et pas de fruits de mer. Les desserts sont au soleil il faudrait les changer de place. Le chemin pour avoir accès aux chambres est compliqué (pente et il n’est possible de faire rouler la valise). Pas de wifi dans la chambre et nous avons eu deux prises qui ne fonctionnait pas.

La chambre est spacieuse mais plein de petits problèmes tuyaux fuit quand il reste ouvert Laporte de salle bain est cassé le matelas du lit est en cuvette ma femme c’est fait dérober son collier en argent déposer la veille sur la tablette le restaurant est très diversifié mais moyen en qualité la personne de l’accueil n’est pas souriante souria
