Наша электричка из Нижнего Новгорода пришла в 11часов.Очень удобно,что мы спокойно приехали и в 12 часов уже заселились.Очень быстро оформили на ресепшен.При нас выезжали иностранка и администраторы по английски прощались и после нас стоял китаец по русски не говорил.Видимо пользуется спросом.Расположение удобное недалеко от центра,такси быстро приезжает.Понравился просторный холл на ресепшене.Утром было удобно покушать в ресторане,завтрак был включен в стоимость.Накормили в 7 утра.,нам надо было рано уезжать.Чисто.В холле кулер с питьевой водой .В номере холодильник,вентилятор, гель, шампунь,мыло,ложка для обуви,полотенца.Санузел один на две комнаты,но у нас соседей не было.Из минуса - это матрасы пружинные,но мы так нагулялись по ночной набережной Казани,что уснули сразу..Ресторан не большой,уютный,разнообразие скромное . Номер был на 9 этаже,а лифт до 8 эт.Минус- пришлось поднимать пролет по лестнице тяжёлый чемодан.Но думаю,если бы мы попросили,то в отеле помогли бы.Ну ребят ,это мелочи жизни,потому что в центре у других отелей космические цены.А тут дешевле намного и завтраки в подарок!Мы остались довольны!

Pros: very friendly staff both at the reception and in the restaurant. Breakfast was quite satisfactory. We saw a lot of negative reviews about it, and were extremely surprised by the decent and varied menu: porridge, eggs, omelet (very tasty), cheeses, sausages, pasta, buckwheat, potatoes, fried chicken, sausages, a lot of salads, cottage cheese.

Not only did they not have deep bowls for porridge and cereal (they offered to use flat ones), but I also found a spider in my porridge. I showed it to the waitress, to which she apologized, took the plate away and did not offer any compensation. "Excellent" start to the day

Отель не может обеспечить безопасность . Пьяные постояльцы ломают двери в номера , орут , кидаются при этом охрана как и администрация не реагируют должным образом . Мое шоу продолжалось с 23 до 1 ночи . Утром был реально удивлён шведским столом из ресторана . Больше ни ногой в это убогое место . На мою просьбу о смене номера и этажа мне развели руками .
