The White Barn Inn & Spa, Auberge Resorts Collection

This lovely old inn has been modernized, but the character remains. The staff--from the front desk, to the parking valet, to the restaurant servers--are friendly, courteous, and welcoming. They greet you by name. There are numerous small touches--local products in the rooms upon arrival, unlimited water bottles, excellent toiletries--that make a stay special. Our room was very comfortable with a particularly large and convenient bathroom. There is a cozy common room with a fireplace, game tables and games, and bar service. Treatments at the spa were excellent. We had a wonderful winter getaway, but can't wait to return in another season to enjoy the inn's other features.

This was the best hotel experience my wife and I have ever had. We came here for our baby moon and the entire staff coordinated an excellent experience. It included a lobster onesie for our newborn! The staff also provided excellent recommendations throughout our stay, both within the resort and in the surrounding area. We can't wait to return soon.

Everything was impeccable and of the highest quality- from snacks and restaurant to their superb staff—-do not hesitate!! We only wish we had the time to test drive one of the Mercedes Benz; what a unique and cool amenity. It was especially cozy to sit by the fire and enjoy a good drink

Hotel was incredibly underwhelming. Decor and furniture in our room was dated, decoration on wall was broken, one of the sinks in the bathroom was clogged, poor soundproofing in room (could hear upstairs guest clomping around, people on stairs outside our room sounded like they were two feet away, etc). Dinner service at Little Barn was dismal. There were only three tables dining and lots of waitstaff. We waited half an hour between courses, and after they served our entree, we didn't see another server in the restaurant for approximately an additional half an hour. Food was average. Staff was very, very friendly and professional--to be fair, they were trying--but this felt in every way like a three star hotel charging five star prices. I will not stay again and I don't recommend.

The level of service the Team provided was up with the best in the industry. The staff was warm and would remember us by name when we entered the hotel, lobby and restaurant. We went for a winter getaway we enjoyed onsite spa treatments and having the use of the house Mercedes to run into town or dinner off property. Quite this time of year but the staff was helpful with activity ideas and experiences.

My wife and I don't buy Christmas gifts for each other we focus on creating memories with each other. The White Barn is was a fantastic get away that had everything that we wanted. Our cottage was perfect and allowed us to have a moment away from our hectic lives and enjoy each other. The food and spa at this resort were both A+ and I would definitely recommend this resort to anyone looking for a special getaway.
