Baymont by Wyndham Kennewick WA

Our room stunk and hd something sticky on the carpet. Shower had dried up soap in soap holder. Needs serious updating. Breakfast wasn't good either.

Do not stay if u need an elevator, u will be lugging your stuff up stairs if u have an upper floor room. They just shrug, don't talk much when u have questions, it just seems as if this is only a job, not for customer service and satisfaction

Stayed for a evening alone as I'm relocating here, staying with family nut needed a Lil bit of glorious R&R; EVERYONE and everything provided to me for my stay was calming, quiet, no worries or strife. Will stay again, left feeling like a Queen, not Cinderella.

I have stayed at Baum t in Findlay oh several times it was great however baymont in Kennewick wa has no elevator traveled from New York it was 15 hour day at time of check in was told my room was o. Second floor and there is no elevator I had to carry two 50 lb suitcases up 16 steps booked in advance with no cancelation or I would have left on the first morning there went downstairs for breakfast at 8 am start serving at 6 am no eggs left no sausage left no waffle batter and coffee was empty went to desk and said something she said she is making more took an hour at baymont in Findlay they have a person come in just to take care of breakfast room and food here the front desk clerk does it and take care of customers in lobby after I called corporate breakfast got better for a few days the. The same thing happened and the cops came turns out people are coming in off the street and stealing the food staff is friendly and too S are clean but be prepared to go upstairs and have to go out and pay for breakfast across the street at McDonald’s or burger king

Great place to stay, super friendly staff and I highly recommend this place. Cost was also reasonable

I came in and ask about availability and was given rate. Had found a better deal on *******. She said I could have a seat and she would call me up once reservation was made. I did so. She called me to the desk said she needed an ID and a credit card for incidentals. I handed her both I immediately got notification from my credit card that I have been charged again So I asked the front desk about it She said “yes all hotels charged $20 for incidentals “. I said “if you were going to charge my card, you should have told me”. She said “ all hotels do it.” “ I don’t know what the big deal is. “ The big deal it not being told before it’s done. She said “all hotels charge this and I stay at Wyndham all the time and this rate is always charged. “. I had just stayed at 3 different Wyndham hotels and never been charged this She was very rude about it when all she had to do was let me know I would be charged and that it would be returned if no incidents occurred. Communication should not be so hard

I would not get a suite here and the powdered eggs in water are really bad. The WiFi will not stream movies, and the suites with kitchens have no utensils, dishes, pot, pan nothing is available.

And the people working were and easy to deal with the room was super clean and the bed was very comfortable

Cribs were very dirty and stained, no towels to dry off after pool, rug was sticky and dirty. No elevators. Breakfast was ok.
