Convenient hotel. Quiet location. Easy access. Basic breakfast but perfectly enjoyable.

Our room was $200+ and no comfortable chair to sit in (other than a desk chair), although the room was clearly planned for two reading/relaxing chairs. When we inquired the front desk said their policy was no chairs for our particular room. We asked if they might have a chair or two brought in was a curt “no”. When we asked to talk with the manager, we were told no managerial staff would be in until Monday ( it was Saturday). When we asked if there was a management person we might call we were told managers do not take calls on the weekend. While the front desk person was courteous, all of her answers were short, and sounded canned, and insincere. There was not a comfortable chair to read/relax in anywhere. Not even in the lobby. The hot tub was out of service. We booked a two day stay but left early the first day. No refund was offered or allowed. We left a business card with the front desk person and asked to have the manager call when he/she came in on Monday. No call was ever received. We will be back. Room was clean, but I would expect more for the price.

Fairfield Inns are nice but are generally budget hotels. This hotel was nice, had friendly staff, and was clean. It was quiet the week I was there, but it didn't seem to be very busy. Someone at the front desk provided me with a great dinner suggestion. It was overall a good experience. There were several fast food and sit-down restaurants within a 10-minute walk or a very short car ride. There were only two areas that could be improved. The breakfast wasn't good. The eggs dissolved in your mouth without chewing and I don't think you should call what was served bacon. There was a limited selection of bagels and muffins, and there were only a few in the case at 7:30am each day. I went to run on the treadmill and noticed that two of the workout machines were broken. I would stay here again.

Pillows and bed are terrible. I’d rather sleep on my camping gear. I woke up multiple times hurting. Haven’t made it to breakfast yet as I’m writing this while I can’t sleep. This was a stop over on a Tia trip which we do often and this is one of the worst hotels as far as bed comfort I’ve ever stayed in.

Checked in after a long day on the road ready to rest. We were provided a room key and upon entering the room found it to have an unmade bed and used towels on the floor and counter in the uncleaned bathroom. Went back to the front desk and while we were provided with another room, did not receive so much as an apology for the situation. The clerk simply muttered "damn housekeeping". I expect much more from a Marriott branded property.

This is an old property that feels old despite an attempt at updating. The lobby is uninviting and sterile but the rooms are nicely updated and comfortable. I checked in in the evening and the front desk attendant was very friendly and welcoming, I needed to request some no -feather pillows and she quickly located some for me and brought them to my room. The same front desk attendant was there each night of my stay and was always pleasant and attentive. The room was your typical Fairfield, comfortable bed, clean and a good size. The bathroom was a little dated and the water backed up while showering. Overall a decent hotel for a quick stay.

Front desk clerks at check-in were not very professional and seemed inexperienced. We had requested a top floor room, but were told none were available, even though hotel was half full. Room itself was basic, and seemed to be missing an armchair in an empty corner. Bathroom lighting was way too dim. Website says rooms have microwaves, but they did not. Noise from people walking above us and the TV next door. Liked that the window could be opened. Though the breakfast offerings were minimal, the woman running it was terrific and a hard worker. The area was spotless. Hot eggs and sausage were good. Would like to have had non-dairy creamer options.

When checked in the place was overrun with baseball kids. Overrun is being nice. The kids were running up and down the halls. No one was stopping them. The hotel didn't plan for the 100% occupancy, and ran out of items for breakfast on Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday, thus reducing what little options there were. They ran out of pool towels, and regular towels. Hotel is short housekeeping staff as well. The beds are comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Check to see if they have ball teams in house... if so avoid.

The staff here could easily earn this place a 5 Star rating, but not if the building itself isn’t kept up. Several employees made great impressions upon first meeting. They were professional but approachable and friendly. They were responsive, respectful, always friendly, and a joy to see daily on our 7 night stay. Although the hot tub was in need of a good cleansing and update, the kitchen and bedroom were clean and comfortable. Kudos to Lisa, Cassandra, the young man at the front desk with the long gorgeous hair, the housekeeper who was so kind an helpful, and all y’all that made our stay so fun. Thank you! The hotel itself could use some updates and improvements. We didn't feel it was fresh and clean in the elevator, bedroom or pool area. Some maintenance and freshening up is in order. *The tv would not connect to the internet so we had no streaming services. The hotel needed a new router per the front desk.
