Pyramids Park Resort Cairo Reviews

Very close to the pyramids, the swimming pool is big, and it's great to lie on a lounge chair and sunbathe!

The entire hotel is still a semi-finished product. The restaurant is under construction and the swimming pool is also under construction. After leaving the hotel, it is basically a wasteland. The sound insulation is extremely poor. You can still hear the sound of decoration in the morning. You have to go through security check when you check in, but the attitude of the staff is very good.

There was a power outage from around 5:30pm to almost 10pm. It was only in a specific building, so I didn't think it was due to a planned power outage or anything like that. When I asked the reception, they just told me to wait. When I asked when it would be restored after 8pm, they said it would be restored in 20 minutes. In the end, it didn't come back after 20 minutes. Even when the electricity was restored, the lights were not on in all the rooms, only near the entrance. It was the worst thing that I could do because I was staying at a nice hotel and there was a power outage. There was no explanation or apology from the hotel. They didn't say anything when I checked out. It was my last day in Cairo, but it was a really terrible day.

Rubbish hotel, no internet, outdated

The room size is big enough, but the facilities are old. There's nothing to eat for breakfast,

The sanitation is mediocre, the room environment is mediocre, many sockets inside are broken, the lights are too dim, and the lights for sleeping at night are unreasonable at all. The swimming pool outside is ok, the restaurant has a single diet, after eating for 7 nights, nothing has changed!

Posting pictures and videos is really dirty for everyone's eyes, the worst hotel I have stayed in in the past 20 years, everyone go to Google to see other people's pictures. Renovated at least 30 years ago, the carpet has not been changed for at least 15 years, cracked everywhere, full of rotten smell, shabby from the lobby, beyond words.

Nice hotel.

This was a beautiful hotel, lovely service, clean rooms and lovely swimming pool and sun beds. Breakfast was also very tasty. My family enjoyed our stay here. We had the comfiest beds, so fluffy and soft we all slept like babies. Only negative was WiFi, it isn’t great and our room was quite far from the main hotel lobby but other than that it was really good. Hotel is also located very central to everything and the new grand Egyptian museum is literally on the opposite side. (Not open yet though)

We are currently staying at Pyramid Park Resort, and we cannot recommend it enough! Despite being in the process of redevelopment in some areas, the charm and atmosphere of the resort are entirely intact. The location is perfect, just a short distance from the Grand Egyptian Museum, making it an ideal base for exploring the area. The staff here are incredibly nice and truly go above and beyond to ensure your stay is perfect. A special mention goes to our tour guide, Hamza. He is a qualified Egyptologist, and his knowledge of all things Egypt has made our trip extraordinary. From ancient temples to hidden gems, Hamza has provided deep insights into Egyptian history and culture, making our experience both educational and unforgettable. We are so impressed with every aspect of our stay and highly recommend the resort for an exceptional Egyptian adventure!

During our third family holiday to Egypt, we had the opportunity to explore the captivating city of Cairo. The Great Pyramid left us all in awe with its indescribable grandeur. Additionally, visiting the Old Museum and the local market, as well as taking a felucca ride on the Nile, were essential experiences that were easily accessible. Our encounter with Humza, our knowledgeable guide, greatly enriched our exploration of Cairo, making it an exceptional and memorable journey. In addition, incorporating a tour of Alexandria into the itinerary was truly exceptional.

My engagement was held by the pool side with an amazing view. Hospitality was great, the event was very well planned and food tasted great! Family and friends had a great time! Also the staff were very cooperative and executed the event on point.
