They got only one pillow for each with no extra pillow.

This hotel is the best hotel in Bagan Serai, Perak even this area doesn't have many hotels. Room facility is not too bad. Very comfortable. Well air-conditioning. However, water is not hot at shower room, they don't provide instant black coffee but they provided white coffe and milk tea (Teh tarik) each, there is only one plug on table working for charging and using kettle.

I requested KingBedroom, receptionist arranged twin bedroom. But she changed after went down to reception, a bit wasted time for me due to rushing to appointment after check-in. A bit noisy due to located main road of Bagan Serai, Overall OK.

I stayed here on a business trip. I went out in the morning and came back to sleep at night. I didn't feel anything. The service, environment, and hygiene were all OK. There was a food stall next to it, with snacks, rice, etc. Everyone could speak Chinese.

I always book a K garden hotel when I go to bagan serai, comfortable rooms, parking, and the like, it's easy to find food at night, I've already stayed at k garden, next time I'll come again🫰
