The word to sum up this lovely hotel with it's wonderful staff is.. Fantastic!! The hotel itself is dated, yes, however it has a kind of old world charm about it. Our impression from arriving to leaving was that we were stepping back in time to the 40s and 50s. Physically the building has echoes of a charming cruise liner, it is also perfectly positioned for everything the town and island has to offer. The staff were all extremely helpful, friendly and super attentive. The food was totally delicious and its presentation of a ”Masterchef” standard. Thankyou again to everyone at Corfu Palace for making our holiday so enjoyable. We will definitely be returning at some point in the future!

Such a calm, relaxing space. We had a junior swim up suite which overlooks the main hotel and the beach. No traffic noise, just the sound of the sea lapping at the shore. Food is very very tasty and plenty of choice. Staff always have a friendly hello and respond to any requests positively and kindly, definitely 5* teamwork. Free shuttle into town where we had enough time to take a hop on hop off bus and do a bit of jewellery and clothes shopping. I also visited the spa for a signature facial, being the owner of a skin clinic I am extra fussy. I had a relaxing facial firstly and then after the mask, during which I had an arm and hand massage, I then got a harder, stimulating facial massage which I thoroughly enjoyed. A treat for anyone. We came for a relaxing holiday where we could just “be” and not have to make any plans or decisions apart from which book to read next. Well we certainly got that, I will be recommending this peaceful hotel to all of my friends who want a quality rest in beautiful surroundings. I have no doubt we will come again, thank you for having us.

This short three-night trip in Kefu Island was found to be a five-star hotel near the airport because it was inconvenient to bring a baby. It was said that five stars were actually four stars at most. First of all Facilities: The facilities are still relatively complete, the spa three restaurants Japanese restaurant five-star praise, the ingredients are fresh, the service is very warm ❤️ recommended red wine 🍷 absolutely. Including the buffet in the hotel is quite general, Samsung half standard. Hygiene: We booked a relatively large balcony, the scenery outside the window is still quite beautiful, because the hotel may be older, the smell of the bathroom will reverse, the taste is still quite heavy, the air conditioning is not very big, the hotel is raining hot water also waited for a long time, Then the shower is also old and sprayed with water. room service Not bad, but every time I order something, I will receive 3.5 Ou. So it is best to put a little more in the refrigerator at once 😂 Environment: The hotel is large and has a separate resort room, and the green area is quite large. The location is also good. It is close to the old city, and there is a sightseeing bus at the door and a bus 1.7 in the center of the district. It is more convenient to go to the city center. Not far from the hotel, there are two good views bar&restaurant You can go here if you don't want to eat hotel food. There is a small convenience store at the door to buy things. Service: Do their 70min essential oil spa, chat with masseuses, pay 700 euros a month a year work six months. The other six months are in the restaurant, and they feel like they're not easy. The public pool is not very clean, the overall greening is not very good, but recommend the Japanese restaurant, the ingredients are fresh, we are very satisfied I paid a five euro tip, in Greece is a lot, but I am very happy to pay.

Right so here we go: The rooms/bathroom: Rooms generally nice, clean, white bed sheets. Me and my bf stayed in a standard room and had view of airport runway. Rooms are basic, so bed, tables, mirror, they had tiny bottles of olive oil shampoos so defo bring ur own toiletries and would recommend bringing ur own soap or anti bac as it’s like a soap bar the size of a coin. Shower was nice sometimes had to wait a while to get the hot water, toilets clean, a small hair dryer which is attached to the bathroom wall which was abit inconvenient but note to bring my own next time. Towels provided every day. Balcony ect. Had a noisy fridge but wasn’t a problem. I was abit shocked about the less of things we have in the room like no kettle, fresh water bottles! Ect. But this is again a 3 star hotel. The hotel itself: Hotel has a nice cosy feel to it, blue lobby and bar downstairs where you can drink at night, then you have the dining area, there are steps on all floors the windy ones so be careful on them, and a 3 person lift which is slow but does its job. The pool: The pool is across the road from the hotel and down some steps, has two levels the first has a pool bar and the lady there is lovely, so nice and accommodating, never complains. Then there’s a grass area with some sun loungers on and then down some more steps the actual big pool area with quite a few beds. I would say the decking is very hot when walking into the pool my feet were burning but should have just used my slides, pool it’s self is fine, very very cold but nice when you get in, I did find abit off putting was the amount of bugs that was in the water, and wasps attacking us lol. The food/all inclusive factor: Do not eat here if you are a fussy eater or bring children as there would be nothing for them to eat. The variety was very poor and they had a dish for kids every day so one day there would be ‘fish fingers’ the next day ‘chicken nuggets’ and then that’s all we saw whilst our stay. 2 of 7 of the days they had chips as an option but mainly just pasta, rice, potatos, and salads. I attempted the food but one time my chicken was raw so was very off putting. Multiple times they was collecting my plates which was full and said ‘you don’t like??’ The women in the hall didn’t speak much English and there was this big man guarding the food it was weird lol but alright fair enough. I knew going on this holiday the food wasn’t going to be good but cmon, it was non edible. In the dining hall there was a drinks corner which had tea coffee, apple juice, water, orange juice and beer on tap. No pepsi or anything but I believe u can go to the bar and bring a drink in with you to eat with. So, the drinks aspect, I felt the drinks options were pretty fair and even if not on menu they would still try and accommodate you, there is no limit how many drinks u can have and even have drinks to take to your room. The hotel is not central to Corfu Town but you can get there in 20 minutes on foot. the hotel does not have its own beach but right in front of the hotel there is a descent to the sea where you can swim but it is not a real beach. A 3-minute walk away is the mon repose beach (2 sunbeds and 1 umbrella 28 euros) it is a quiet beach equipped with bathroom, showers and bar. The hotel has very nice common areas but the rooms are tiny and badly maintained, we booked for 10 days and the room was so small that we didn't have room for our suitcases, I asked for a bigger room but they replied that they were all the same, I pointed out that they were completely different from the rooms advertised on the site and they replied that those were old photos. The non-existent cleaning, in 10 days they never swept or mopped the floor in the room, often even the bathroom was dirty after the daily cleaning. They often forgot to leave us shampoo and shower gel and towels on the last day so I had to call and ask to bring what was missing. In short, a constant stress. The curtains and bedspread were dirty and stained. Hygiene was also very poor, in the breakfast room pigeons were flying over the buffet and when I pointed out that it was a hygiene problem I was told that it was a problem they were trying to solve but hadn't managed to solve yet, to apologize that day they gave us free cappuccinos that we had ordered for breakfast and a bottle of wine in the room (cappuccinos and espresso coffee are considered extras and cost 3.80 euros ... per day ...) Given my complaints about poor services, non-existent cleaning and non-existent hygiene, they offered us a 15-minute foot massage at the hotel spa, a pity that they offered us this salty gift in the evening and on Monday we had to leave and for Sunday there were no seats… in short, a fool's errand! Upon arrival they did not offer us welcome champagne as they did with other guests. Luckily I speak English because no one speaks Italian (only one guy speaks Italian and he usually works the night shift and is very kind and helpful). The hotel does not have private parking but it is quite easy to park in the immediate vicinity. Overall the hotel is beautiful and in an excellent position and has all the credentials to be a truly 4-star hotel but they should be more respectful and attentive to the customer and improve hygiene and cleanliness

Not really sure where I should start with this review in all honesty. Before anything else, I want to state that the staff who work there are great. Truly lovely people who will do everything they can to help you. I have coeliac disease, and the chef (Nicc - unsure of his name) was a star and really helped me out by preparing meals separately for me. Also, the barman (Dimitrii - again unsure) was a true gent and a shoulder to cry on at times! There were a number of issues, sadly the food selection on offer for guests was essentially the same every day. Same breakfast, same evening meals - the variation was minimal. The soft drinks were poor, the juices were not of the standard you would expect in a 4-star hotel. The rooms were very basic, clean but nothing special. There was a kettle in the room but no tea bags or coffee sachets. Another big issue for me were the fact that our double bed was in fact two single beds pushed together and not even a double duvet or sheet! We effectively slept in separate beds next to each other - not exactly intimate. Even the bath did not have a plug! I assumed this was an error, when I queried it I was told this was for economic reasons, so anyone staying here better like having a shower! Entertainment was non-existent. Beyond a few pool tables and to sit around and listen to the background music at the bar, there was nothing. The pool was out of service, the gym and spa you read about on their website was nowhere to be seen. And let's get to the real issue I had with our stay. To quote the Artiti Grand Hotel's own website ”Providing an intimate, relaxing and enjoyable vacation experience with highlights its rich heritage, an enviable location and personalized services”. Their idea of intimate and relaxing time was to ram every last room with teenagers (12-17) from schools across Greece. We did not get a single night of adequate sleep, the room adjacent to ours was blaring music until the small hours, shouting, banging doors, just the absolute opposite of having a relaxing time. We even moved rooms and it made very little difference. When we sat with the hotel manager to air our complaints, he essentially told us we came at the wrong time of the year. That was it. Perhaps he should include a footnote that his hotel is packed to the brim with screaming teens, smoking and drinking during the spring months. Absolutely pathetic, he offered no immediate apology either. As people who work hard and paid for a relaxing time, I honestly feel robbed by the Ariti Grand. Anyone who's managed to read this far and still thinks that the Artiti Grand is worth a look at, I say keep looking. Nothing about my stay would make me want to return.

My stay for a three day-weekend in May was off to a bad start even before I arrived at the hotel. A somewhat heated email exchange with the reservation team threatening to cancel the reservation if I did not pay immediately, according to the tariff conditions, meant that I had to contact the Guest Relations Manager (Mrs Ageliki KOULOURI) to clarify the situation. It is therefore through this first exchange with her that I can say today that this manager is one of the main assets of this hotel. Not only does she do her job, but she also puts in a dose of tact, delicacy and efficiency. I owe the success of my stay to her. The hotel is very well located, beautifully decorated and the rooms are beautiful. I personally was upgraded to a suite with a magnificent view of the Aegean Sea. The hotel, which opened fairly recently, still has a few glitches that one is less inclined to forgive once the break-in period is over, especially for a hotel of this category. This year, the restaurant offer has been reduced by the presence of Michelin-starred chef Botrini, who has ”ceased his collaboration” with the hotel. I tested the two restaurants Sofrito (Greek and Mediterranean cuisine) and Oribu (North Asian cuisine). The staff in the dining areas are numerous, attentive and eager to help. I found that both the food and wine lists lacked coherence, and sometimes even of the desired wine :). This didn't bother me that much, but I did think that a hotel in this category should do a better job! As for the breakfast buffet (there are several), I found it perfect: a wide selection of dishes, from savory to sweet. The only downside is the lack of teas, at least for tea lovers. The swimming pool, probably one of the most beautiful on the island, is infinity and offers a spectacular view of the sea and the mainland in the distance. Sports enthusiasts will not be outdone by the state-of-the-art gym and equipment. And what can I say about the Spa? Well, it's certainly one of the best treatments I've ever received, and all in a finely decorated, relaxing setting. A big plus and a big thank you to the team. I'll conclude by saying that I hope to return to this resort and that the service will live up to the high standards expected of a 5-star hotel.

Το διαχρονικό αυτό ξενοδοχείο της Κέρκυρας (μη συγχέεται με το Corfu Palace) βρίσκεται έναντι αεροδρομίου με όμορφη θέα προς εκείνο και τη λιμνοθάλασσα από τη μια και προς τον κήπο από την πίσω μεριά. Είναι ιδανικό για παρέες/ οικογένειες ως τρία άτομα σε ένα δωμάτιο. Τα δωματια είναι σχετικά ευρύχωρα, κατακάθαρα, χωρίς όμως αναγκαία ηχομόνωση. Ο εξοπλισμός σε τηλεόραση, πρίζες είναι ξεπερασμένος. Το μπάνιο είναι καλό με ακαλαίσθητης πόρτες (χωρίς ηχομόνωση επίσης). Λείπει μαλακτικό μαλλιών αν και το νερό της Κέρκυρας θεωρείται σκληρό. Το πρωινό είναι καλό και ο υπεύθυνος στην είσοδο τυπικός Έλληνας του τουρισμού, φιλόξενος και φιλότιμος (παλαιός κοπής).Ωραίος εξωτερικός χώρος και κήπος σε συνέχεια με τον χώρο πρωινού. Ο κήπος γενικότερα θα μπορούσε να είναι και πιο φροντισμένος και η παιδική χαρά πιο γενναιόδωρη για παιδιά (αλλά είναι αμφίβολο αν αυτή είναι η σκοπιμότητα του ξενοδοχείου). Η πισίνα, καθαρή με όμορφο αν και στενάχωρο περιβάλλοντα χώρο.Διαθέτει ναυαγοσώστη! Το μπαρ θυμίζει λίγο πλοίο στη γραμμή Ελλάδα-Ιταλία και θα μπορούσε να είναι πιο ευχάριστο και πολυτελές. Κρύος καφές αδιάφορος. Δεν δοκιμάσαμε το εστιατόριο, αλλά πλησίον του ξενοδοχείου δεν υπάρχει εστιατόριο ούτε για δείγμα. Η εσωτερική σάλα είναι λιτή και καθαρή. Ο χωρίς στάθμευσης επίσης οριακά επαρκής για το μέγεθος επισκεψιμότητας του ξενοδοχείου. Η ρεσεψιόν μάλλον χλιαρή και απρόσωπη. Η σχέση τιμής/ποιότητας είναι υποφερτή. Αλλά σίγουρα το ξενοδοχείο θέλει σύντομα αναβάθμιση για να ανταποκρίνεται στην τιμή του.
