Sorrento Hotel and Residence Reviews

Overall is medium for staying only one night, but one thing that isn’t acceptable is the cleanliness for this price. I don’t think the hotel did a good job on preparing the room. There was dust almost everywhere. And the bed sheet wasn’t clean and still damp. For the reception, not impressed but okay. I would’ve recommended if the services have been good but oh well.

Good location and fair facilities. Properties quite old.

The hotel is highly secure. Facilities are complete. Beds are comfortable. Air conditioning is cool. However, the water heater seems to be broken.

The accommodation is near the university, but the road is quite narrow. When there are cars coming in the opposite direction, you have to be extra careful. There is a lot of parking available. Overall is ok.

Very good. Overall good. The bed is soft and comfortable to sleep on.

Next to KKU, going to do business at the hospital, near the food service point.

I don't normally do reviews like this. Here we really can't take it. At the price of six hundred, at least it must be clean. but the room is not clean The first thing I saw was that the staff didn't have mind service. Opened the room door. ants walk the way Later, the cockroaches were in the air conditioner. When the air conditioner was turned on, there were moldy cockroaches that fell down. Next, there was a whole woman's hair left on the floor. And there's a man's hair on the bed. Garbage bins do not have garbage bags under them. doormat not washed Both sticky and dusty. The lights are dim, the lighting is not enough. with 1 light bulb not working, the last thing is The bathroom probably wasn't cleaned after the old man left. because there are stains everywhere Worst of all, the toilet lid had yellow pee. It's a very ugly stain. We won't hurt you by taking pictures down. but should really improve In my entire life, this was the worst.
