首先，我在XC訂的房間3晚，入住當天酒店反饋沒有我的入住訊息，我都不知道為什麼會沒有，隨後酒店説沒收到款不能給我入住，我跟酒店協商，目前有沒有房間，如果有，我能不能先住下來再解決，隨後PT説不要給錢酒店，他們去處理，直到今天還沒有處理結果，我按酒店要求再次付款款項，我非常理解酒店，隨後我這個大冤種付款了2次款，PT掛的價格很便宜，但是他們酒店説沒有這麼便宜，需要原價補齊差價。另外一個點在這個酒店裡蚊子很多，每天晚上回來雖然看到保潔已經打掃了衞生，但是房間還是有很多文字，每天晚上被蚊子叮醒，這三天受精神上的魔法打擊+蚊子的物理傷害，實在是太痛苦了，XC客服態度其實蠻好，就是我這個事情沒處理好，不是特別滿意，酒店的服務員做事慢的要死。
