Everything excellent, the staff, the location from the hotel, the breakfast… but the location of the economy room is horrible, next to the kitchens with a lot of noise in the early morning.

I enjoyed my stay at OMX Kimi. Comfy beds, resourceful and affable staff, great location with easy access to major Kigali attractions. They also offer one of the best breakfast buffets I have encountered. Rooms were very clean. 10 out of 10 in my book.

I recently stayed at OMX Hotel and was impressed by the peaceful and quiet surroundings. The hotel provided a tranquil atmosphere, allowing for a restful and relaxing stay. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the amenities were well-maintained. If you're looking for a serene retreat in a quiet area, I highly recommend OMX Hotel for a comfortable and peaceful experience.

This is a somewhat basic hotel in a very quiet and clean area of Kigali. It is a long walk to the city centre or a short ride on a moto taxi. In the vicinity are some very good restaurants. The room was large with a nice balcony but the furnishings were dated. An excellent mosquito net was provided and the breakfast was very sufficient and good. All staff were most obliging and the washing was done free of charge. I would stay here again.

Amenities and facilities are minimal, but sufficient for the well-travelled. Rooms and beds keep neat and tidy. However, it is not in a prominent location and may be difficult to reach at first. I stayed for less than a week in a row to attend an event at the convention centre. You can walk to the centre, but a mototaxi will get you there for Rwf 1000.

The hotel is located in a nice residential area. Walking distance to restaurants, schools, churches coffee shops grocery stores craft shops, etc. I did not have a balcony room, however, my room was clean, quaint, and comfortable. The room is small and furnished with a very comfortable bed, desk w/chair and night table. No television, however, the internet is very fast and reliable. The morning buffet-style breakfast had a small variety of choices which was very good. The buffet offered fresh fruit, eggs, bread, coffee, tea, cereal, milk, Rwandan dishes are just a few of the choices. Staff was extremely helpful and kind. I would recommend this hotel for those not looking for a luxurious experience but simply a charming little place to stay. A no-frill accommodation with a lot of charm

Our group booked well in advance and received a confirmation of our dates of stay, only to find out that the hotel did not properly book our dates in their calendar (their mistake) and then told us that, ''sorry we are fully booked, you have to figure it out.'' Even though this was their mistake, they offered no help or support in finding another place to go but just told us to leave. Horrible management.

The bathrooms had loose shower fittings, and my main gripe is that the rooms were not cleaned in the day. After requesting that they are cleaned it happened twoce again. Poor service - rather pick another spot or stay with friends. I am an unhappy customer - I did not like this stay, much less love it.

This hotel is small and lovely. The area it is situated is lovely, so many cafes, restaurants, bars. The bed was comfy. The staff were lovely. Breakfast was amazing. We could park our car on the property. Would recommend to anyone going to Kigali.

The Nest is a bit hit or miss. Most of the staff is nice and very accommodating but a couple of them seemed disinterested and very curt. Some of the rooms have a balcony and large, sunny windows that can be opened, other rooms have windows that do not open or are blocked, have no ventilation and little appeal in any way. Of the 4 rooms I saw (my colleagues' and mine), all had something broken (mainly windows or shower curtains) or not quite functioning. There is no AC and the fans in some rooms only help a little (mine was broken). Positives: The neighborhood/location of The Nest is excellent; many bars and restaurants in walking distance. WiFi at the hotel is included and works pretty well. Breakfast is buffet style and also quite good. Beds are comfortable. Water jugs (filtered) in room free of charge. Reasonably fair room rates most of the time. Hotel feels safe and relatively clean overall.
