The location is excellent but the stay is not very comfortable because the hotel is old, the door is crooked, the soundproofing of the room is particularly poor, the quilt and pillow are of poor quality, just like in a hotel, I couldn't fall asleep and was woken up in the morning. The hotel front desk took half an hour to find my reservation. The water in the shower is extremely small! It's useless to report it to the waiter. It's really a loss to stay in such a hotel for 1300 a night! The booking and payment at the store is 151 US dollars, which is more than 200 cheaper than the booking through Ctrip! The beer at the pool bar is very expensive! The breakfast is not bad, but the bread machine is very old and can't bake bread well.

This hotel was the setting for Hotel Rwanda, a place I always wanted to stay at. It was a very clean and comfortable hotel. I'd love to stay here again.

This hotel is acceptable for quick business trip (short stay). The utility is rather basic however it is justified with it's room rate then... lol

Booked 6 rooms. None were ready when we showed up at 4:30pm. Some waited over an hour and were just to sit down and wait when any inquiries were made.
Then given a room overlooking trash dumpsters. AC did not work in a couple of rooms.
Expected better and won't be staying again.

Very horrible customer service. All they do is straightforward lie and gaslight. I left my MacBook charger in the room in the room the day of my checkout. When I informed the front desk to retrieve it for me, they sent someone to look for it but couldn't find it because the room was already cleaned, and the cleaning staff took everything out. They informed me that they also looked in the storage but couldn't find it and I must've lost it somewhere else (gaslight attempt 1). I tell them I have to leave because I'm running late for my flight and to please send it to me if they find it later. They text me when I'm about to board my flight saying that they found it, but they refuse to pay the shipping fee as it's not their responsibility that ''I lost it'' as I have told them it was probably under the desk while the cleaning staff found it between the sheet IN THE SAME ROOM LMAAAO (gaslight attempt 2).
