I stayed here on a solo trip. It seems that the day before my arrival was busy, so I was not able to enter the room early, but they can store your luggage even before check-in. All the staff were kind, and on the day of check-in, they also served drinks as a service. There were towels, a hair dryer, a refrigerator, shampoo, treatment, and body soap in the room. There are no pajamas, so I recommend bringing your own. I did not have cleaning during my stay, but it seems that cleaning is done every day unless you request it. The nearest Kingsgrove station is about 20 minutes from the airport and about 40 minutes from the city center. The hotel is about a 2-minute walk from the station, and there are supermarkets and restaurants near the station. If I have the opportunity to go to Sydney again, I would definitely like to stay here.
